Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Abington Township

I don't know what all the hype is about this pizza It sucks. Papa John, you better go into a different line of business. I went there to order a pizza and the cashier was huddled down on the floor on his cell phon instead of taking orders from customers. I finally had the chance to order once he was done with his phone call.. I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and I waited and waited. I should have taken this as a bad sign and I should have left. The guys in the back preparing the pizza we're basically talking and fooling around. The one guy was covered in flour and he should not have been preparing food. Then they all left and went outside. When I finally got the pizza I opened the box and it had barely any sauce, barely any cheese with a single mushroom on it. I was completely ripped off and disgusted. I called and spoke to the area manager and got absolutely nowhere. I will never ever go back there again It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. This is what happens when you hire high school kids to run your business. I gave you a chance and you blew it by poor service and poor quality pizza. Never again!...

Edit: I am putting my edit ahead of my initial review bc I am just that sick of this restaurant. What is going on? The reviews are stating the issues we are having and yet, nothing has changed. I am literally done with the Willow Grove store and probably Papa Johns altogether. Always a quick, convenient option for lunch or dinner when I have my grands...not anymore. The fact that none of the issues have been addressed is a big turn off. Besides, I no longer trust them w/ my food.

Initial review: I guess it depends on who is working when you call, but delivery can be horrible, and even getting your order placed can be a struggle sometimes. Placed an order one night and the young guy who took my order never put it in. When it never came, I called to see what was taking so long. He lied to me three different times, reassuring me that the pizza was on the way. The pizza never came. You are better off going to the store to pick it up yourself. Young people truly need to value their jobs. We need adults managing those...

I tried to order for the one in warminster on Saturday night 8/21/21 at 10:00 but they were closed even though they say there open for delivery until 1Am. So I ordered from the willow grove store they said that I could pick it up and paid over the the phone with Sheryl when I went to go pick it up they first I guy I spoke John to just walked away and second guy I spoke to told me that John canceled my order and they told that they weren’t going to make it when I asked if Sheryl was there they said that they didn’t who that was which makes me nervous because I gave them my card info they did refund me. they also told me that they close at 10:45 instead of 11:00 and John came back he was laughing at me. Overall I am very annoyed with the papa johns near me they just seem to be unorganized, unprofessional, and have poor customer service skills and they just don’t seem to care about there jobs.
