I tried my hardest not to write a negative review because I too work in a service-based industry however this location has struck out with me on three consecutive occasions regarding the same issue. *STRIKE 1 - My wife ordered a dinner for us both through their app one and a half hours before we had to pick up our son. We arrived when they said that our food was ready (30 minutes had passed) and we waited an additional thirty minutes while about five or six other patrons were served. I then went to ask about my order and it wasn't even completed. Thank heavens for the young worker there who I heard crack the whip on the chef's after I explained to her what was happening(She should be running the place). I then asked to speak to the manager on duty which leads me to strike number two.
*STRIKE 2 - The manager apologized for what was happening and I explained to her that an apology doesn't make up for for the time I lost (We are now over an hour and 15 minutes in wait time and I'm going to be late to pick up my son). I asked for either a discount on my bill or a gift card for my next meal. The manager said that they would email me a voucher of some sort to redeem this. I gave her my email address and she said that it would be handled that night which it wasn't which leads me to strike three.
*Strike 3 - At this point I have waited for 2 weeks and have not received any e-mails from Chili's so I'm extremely irritated at this point and head back up to the restaurant to talk to hopefully the same manager(She was not on shift ). I explain the whole situation to the current manager on duty who makes the exact same promise to me and assures me it will be handled and since I'm writing this extensive review I'm sure you know that she dropped the ball as well.
Do not patronize this location. They lack Professionalism and Integrity. If I can't trust your word I surely can't trust your products cooking...
Read moreWorst Chili's in the world hands down. We had a problem last week where they gave us the wrong to go order even though we told them it wasn't our order. They acted like they went in the back and got the right one but they didn't and it was still the original order that we told them wasn't ours. We decided to give it another try because we love Chili's and it has always been our go to place. Our daughter's love eating their and it is where they both picked to eat on their birthdays.
We had the worst experience ever yesterday and will not be back. We sat there for 30 minutes or more before they even took our drink order and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Maybe 5 other tables had people at them. Then it took them another 20 to bring our drinks and they forgot my husband's drink and didn't bring it for quite some time. They also did NOT ID him. Then 20 minutes later they took our order. Then it took another hour before they brought our order which was not correct. My 6 year old almost had a meltdown because they gave her the wrong food but she ate it like a champ. How you hear grilled chicken when someone says slidered is unknown to me. The couple with us ordered bottomless chips and salsa and the waiter tried to charge for them on both tickets. I got the 3 for $10 and it was suppose to include chips and salsa which they never brought. It also comes with a dessert which we asked them to make to go because I got sick in the restaurant and they tried to charge us $1 because they made it to go. They said since we already paid on the kiosk that it was $1 more. My husband tossed it on the bar and walked out. My brother in laws food was under cooked the meat was solid red and they had to remake it. The chicken fajitas tasted terrible. I do not know how this restaurant is even open and I do not advise eating here. We were probably there for almost 3 hours. I would give it negative 10 stars if it...
Read moreThis was the worst experience in my life. I work as a hotel director for Hilton and I find myself to be one of the most agreeable people in the world. Not only was the manager a pompous prick but his staff was also in disbelief at the managers attitude and how he handled the situation . I didnt even end up eating here. I am 22 and I went after my college course class was over with a bunch of friends for drinks and appetizers. I ordered a margarita because chilis makes a pretty dang good margarita... and i was refused service because my ID said under 21. My id doesnt expire for another year and I was told that I could not get a drink because of it saying under 21 that this was the managers rule. I asked to speak to the manager naturally. On a side note there were 2 cops in the parking lot. The manager came to me and said sorry to me that he would be unable to serve me a drink. Behind his head there was a sign saying you must be born on or before this date to drink. I pointed it out and he said we are required to have this posted, so I tried reasoning with them. I asked what if a person through a birthday bash and was turning 21? People do not go out and get a new id on their birthdays. He said he would still refuse them At this point other people in the restaurant are listening to this guy and asking him why? He couldnt answer anyone, 4 people got up and left and went to O'Charleys. My group also got up and left and went to O'Charleys. We just drank and ate there. I refuse to ever eat there. The cops walked in during our argument and even said he could serve me but he didnt. Needless to say I will not be back and do not recommend...
