I love Panda Express but this one's customer service was terrible! I look ahead and make sure that we have a decent amount of time before closing to get our food. We pull up in the drive-thru line about 9:15-9:20 (they close at 10). We spend more than 15 minutes waiting for the person in front of us to order (and it wasn't their fault, they had to wait for the server to be ready on the intercom). By the time it's our turn to order, it's 9:38. We wanted two bowls of orange chicken and fried rice. When we pull up to FINALLY order, they tell us that the kitchen closes at 9:30 with the lobby and they will not be making anymore food and we have to choose from what they have left! I would understand if they didn't want to make or ran out of meat because it's expensive to have leftovers, but they told us that they were out of FRIED RICE and they were not going to make anymore because it is too costly to have leftovers (and yes, that's what we were told)! Fried rice may be the food that is the easiest and cheapest to make and the food that goes the fastest. There is a line of cars behind us that probably also wants fried rice, and you're telling me that you're not going to give your customers what they want to order?? No. This is unexceptable! A restaurant is supposed to give customers what THEY want, not what is left, ESPECIALLY when they advertise that they close at 10! And particularly when it comes to making something as cheap as RICE. Something tells me they were lazy and had probably already cleaned up and ready to walk out the door once 10:00 hit. Maybe if they served the customers quicker, we would have made it to the intercom before 9:30 so we could have the order we wanted instead of sitting and waiting for 15+ minutes for ONE customer to give...
Read moreFirst and last time we will eat at this particular location. Asked to have a table cleaned so that when we were done ordering we could sit. There were no clean tables for a family of four and the server just looked at me and said nothing. She spoke English so that wasn’t the problem, she obviously just didn’t want to address the issue. Another employee heard the conversation and did start cleaning tables. While ordering e realized either the air conditioning was either broken or just wasn’t turned on. We tried to quickly eat so we could leave, due to how uncomfortable it was. My husband went up to the counter to ask for a couple “too go” containers, and the same employee who waited on us just walked right by and started talking to another employee! Fortunately the same employee who cleaned the tables was helping another customer and also assisted my husband with the containers. Read moreWent through the drive through and ordered a plate of double Kung Pao Chicken and a plate of double teriyaki chicken. I was told at the window that it would be 8 minutes and to pull in front of the store and wait. I kept waiting to the point to ask if they forgot about me sitting out there waiting... finally after 15 minutes they brought my food to me. The girl handed me my food and walked, didn't apologize or tell me to have a great day. Horrible customer service! What's the point of having a drive thru to be convenient? Also, when it's dinner time why wouldn't you already have food prepared? Lastly, my food was thrown into my bag (I had asked for a discount but they said all they could do was give me an extra side of teriyaki chicken) the teriyaki chicken was put in the bag upside down and it leaked all over the seat in my car along with the sauce of teriyaki that's lid popped off and got everywhere as well... can you say pissed?!?! I will not be coming back here...
