Absolutely Horrible. Tonight I went to Long John Silvers Taco Bell and ordered. The lady took my card at window and my total was $17.72. She comes back to window and said she had charged me for someone else's order which was $35.17. She asks for my card back to give me refund and hands it to her manager. While waiting she just keeps laughing. Then she comes back to window and asks can she have my card for refund. I say, Ma'am I just gave it to you a few minutes ago and you gave it to your manager. She starts laughing again says, oh...then walks off. Her manager runs back and forth from two different registers and then comes to window and tells me she can't give me a refund and that I will have to come back tomorrow. I said...Ma'am I don't even live in this town...she said well I can't give you a refund unless you come back tomorrow. I said...you are seriously charging me double for an order and not giving me a refund? I said...on top of that my chicken is burnt which I took pics of and will include. She said...what do you want me to do take the chicken off? I said...no because you can't even refund me for someone elses order I have been charged for. I said...please just make me some more chicken. She says...it will just be like that order. I said... So you will burn it again? She said...its our fryers. I said...just don't cook it as long. She said...it will just be burnt I don't know what to tell you ma'am. So I have paid...$35.17 for two chicken quesadillas and three burnt chicken planks that are inedible. All while being laughed at and no one making it right. Then if I want them to make it right...I have to drive back from two towns over to get a refund. I am appalled....I want to speak to corporate first thing in the am. I want my money back and it would be nice if someone would apologize for the insane way I have been treated....
Read moreI walked in this afternoon about 12:50pm to pick up an Uber Eats Order. There was no one else ordering, in line or waiting so I proceeded to the counter. There was a middle aged taller woman standing with her back to the counter gathering food for the drive thru. The younger girl at the drive thru let her know I was there. The older lady barley glanced my direction and said aloud, "She ain't said nothin' to me. I ain't stuntin her." She folder her arms and faced away from me. Her entire staff looked my way in confusion. A minute or 2 later, with her back still turned to me, said, "Can I help you with something!?!". I told her what I was there for and she had the girl in the drive thru get my order. She never once greeted me, turned her body towards me, and was just plain rude and disrespectful to a person that has never seen her, Said anything to her, and was, in this case, THE CUSTOMER! No one should ever be treated with such disrespect, especially when simply entering into a place of business. I am not an inconvenience, I am simply doing my job as she was. And even if I was a paying customer, which she didn't know because she brushed me off, from the start, she needs to learn to have general respect of HUMANS. This lady is NOT someone that should be working with the general public!! I tried to call twice to get her name but no one answers the phone. Read moreIf I could give -5 I would. I pulled into the drive thru at 9pm tonight. Waited 10 minutes before I made it to the speaker box. There was 1 car at the speaker and 1 car at the window. Once at the speaker I was told they be right with me. I then waited another 10 minutes. The car at the window drove away and I waited another 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. Another customer got upset and drove around me and up to the window. It wasn't until then that I was finally told they were closed because they were short staffed. When I asked why she didn't tell me that from the beginning she told me she didn't have to. She also told me if i wanted to tell her how to do her job I could fill out an application. When I pulled around to leave there were 5 employees in the restaurant. That is not short staffed. I used to manage a Sonic and I have 12 years of restaurant experience.
