Shopping for 2 full size mattresses for my 2 teenage granddaughters in Kennesaw, saw all the sale signs on Cobb PKWY and decided to “give it a shot”. We entered and were immediately impressed with the aesthetics of the very clean and beautiful showroom. We were promptly greeted by Madeline who was extremely pleasant and eager to assist! She went above and beyond to show us our options without high pressure tactics. In fact, the opposite, she encouraged us to shop and do price comparisons and advised that MW will ‘price match’. We left knowing that if we didn’t find mattresses that beat MW prices significantly we would be going back to purchase at MW, which is EXACTLY what we did!! Again, we were greeted by Madeline (who was at the same time, assisting another couple) but made sure we were ‘welcomed’. At this point, we explained the price point we needed to be at and she and her manager Katie moved absolute mountains to ensure that we were able to purchase BOTH mattresses WITH mattress protectors AND delivery for a little under where we needed to be!!! I can say that it has been literal years since I’ve experienced this level of customer service!!! I literally cried in the store and they did too!!! 😁2 of the most beautiful souls ever!!! These people are full of crap. We bought a mattress, two pillows, and an overpriced mattress protector here and were offered a free box spring at the time of purchase. We were assured by the salesman that our bed did not require a box spring after showing him the website description. When our bed frame was delivered we realized we did actually need a box spring, so we called and asked if we were still able to get the free box spring. We were told no (?) and that we should come in to the store to order one. We go to the store and are told to get a standard sized box spring even though I expressed skepticism about the size. We pay full price under the guise of the salesman telling us we are getting a good “discount”. While we are there, we are told multiple times that we only ordered one pillow instead of two. I had to go retrieve the original order form to prove that I had in fact paid for two pillows. Box spring and mattress get delivered and the box spring is (of course) way too large. I call the same week (as we have been moving) to ask if we can exchange the box spring for a low profile box spring. We are told no exchanges, but that we can buy one on Amazon 😀.
