Bottom line: If you have not tried CAVA, and especially this location, you should go and try it out. I’m not a big fan of restaurants that serve your food in a bowl, but my daughter usually orders the bowls; so I brought her with me to check this place out. They did a few things at this place that really stood out for me. I ordered a Pita and she ordered a bowl. They have some really interesting chef table options, but I did not want exactly what was listed. It was very helpful to know recommendation combinations, so I used the chef options as a guide. I got a pita with red pepper hummus and harissa, ½ chicken, ½ harissa chicken, pickled onions, salt pickes, tomato and onion, a little bit of cabbage slaw, and olives. Dressing was a combination of garlic dressing and hot harissa vinaigrette. We had water to drink. What stood out? They warmed my pita on a press quickly before they started to put on toppings. They put on plenty of hummus and harissa using a scoop. The very next step is that they took the time to spread out the hummus and harissa evenly. Most places they don’t care. They didn’t even ask me, and they just did this. This was my favorite. They recommended that since I was going so spicy to do ½ and ½ chicken and harissa chicken. Turns out this was just the right spicy for me. Since this was my first time and I didn’t know what some things were, they took the time to answer my questions. Although they wrapped my pita, they gave me a nice tray (which you have to return) to eat the pita off of. It was a rectangular plastic dish. Most places don’t give you anything, or they give you some cheap and ugly metal thing. Why is this important? Holding the large pita, it could have collapsed on me as I got my water and napkins. When I ate it, I had a plate to use. They automatically gave my daughter a lid for her bowl (which she used to take the remainder home).
The food was very tasty. It tasted fresh. The staff was smiling and friendly to everyone; a very positive vibe. I recommend this place and would go back to get the pita again (my daughter would go...
Read moreWell the verdict is in. I have become an official Cava loyal customer. I recently discovered this place a few montha ago as I have consciously made an effort to eat healthier. Today October 7th 2022 I visited this location and like always the customer service was great and it wasn't as busy as it usually is but two very experienced and friendly Associates Joanne and Chrystal made my Friday that much better. I was a little concerned about the renewal of the menu items, one in particular the lemon chicken bowl was not there however, these wonderful Associates suggested something else and it tasted just as good if not better.
Joanne and Chrystal hyped me up so I decided to go with the Blamic chicken bowl and I will continue purchasing this item.
Now on to the good stuff why am I actually leaving a review. For starters Joanne and Chrystal deserve at least a 10% raise and an opportunity to promote within the company.
To be fair there are other associates that offer world class customer service as well I just didn't have the opportunity to get their names but they normally work the night shift between the hours of 4:00 p.m. until close so whoever is on that night shift and that comes in regularly at this location should also be included for an opportunity to promote within the company as well as a raise because they're always smiling they're friendly and they're pretty quick about with their service. Shout out to the squad...
Hmm matter of fact in going visit the store as I'm writing this review to found out who else is on the squad... (Moments later)

Read more12/27/21 6:27PM. I eat at Cava at least once a week, the food is absolutely delicious 100% of the time but I usually go to the Irving location. I ordered Cava delivery from this restaurant a few days ago and the delivery is powered via DoorDash. After 5 calls and a few texts with the driver, we tried but were unable to figure out our issue because we did not speak a mutual language. DoorDash support was unavailable so I called the restaurant. A man answered the phone and I asked him if he could check to see if my order had been picked up because my driver did not speak English and I only speak English; I wanted to see if my driver was having issues with picking up my order, or issues delivering me my order. The man immediately became hostile on the phone, raised his voice at me and said "OK I CANNOT CONTROL THE LANGUAGE OF THE DOORDASH DRIVER". I was in shock. What a terrible response from an employee. I asked him a question to help the situation and he immediately made an assumption that I was mad that my driver did not speak English. I mimicked his tone and told him "Are you serious? I know you cannot control the language of the doordash driver. I am asking you to check to see if my order has been picked up." It was a terrible experience and I won't be going back here again because of this person. We should be more kind to one another and not make assumptions. I was trying to help my driver and isolate the problem to see if it was at the restaurant, or post-pickup. Great food though. Spectacular food....
