Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Addison

I've been visiting this location with groups of friends for over a decade now, and they have some of the most consistently high quality I've ever experienced. The staff are friendly and prompt, the food is good and reasonably priced, the salad bar is diverse and tasty, and they have a lot of different kinds of sodas. They even have complimentary soft-serve ice cream available! (Also, get their cheesecake, at least once. Just trust me on this.)

If you're looking to get a large group of friends together, you can do what I do with about 15-20 people on the first Sunday of every month and move tables together; they're lightweight and easy to push together (and push back when you're done). If you're looking for a couple of smaller groups, or a little more privacy, they have a back area; it's a bit less adjustable, but it's quieter and a group of 4-8 people could easily sit together there.

The floors are consistently clean, their bathrooms are consistently stocked - they even pipe in good music, and their televisions often have the most current sporting events playing! I'm sitting here trying to think of a downside...um, the tables are lightweight, so you might accidentally move them a little when you don't mean to? That's about it.

I am not too thrilled with Jason's Deli although I love their food and keep trying to love their service. The employees are fake nice and definitely not like the friendly looking ones on the website. I keep trying to like them but they are always unfriendly... yet they always ask for a tip for packing up a to go order. Then they never say thank you when you hand it to them. Their points system is not worth the trouble. You have to spend $250.00 to get a $10.00 reward. I have spent tons more but never get credit or rewards not sure where my points go. The online ordering website is not user friendly at all. The tea taste horrible. It used to be real and fresh but doesn't taste good anymore. I love some of their food which is why I put up with their high prices and unfriendly people but sometimes it just isn't worth the trouble. Twice I ordered guacamole with chips. I get back to work and no chips. Kinda hard to eat guacamole with no chips. Today they spilled aioli all over EVERYTHING and my sack was soaked. Gotta say it was a mess and yet I tipped for that wonderful packing up job. I just wished the employees would be more friendly and take a little more care with to go orders. The manager is...

I Melanie made a review about todays incident regarding Carson and Kayley. (Maybe be saying her name wrong she didn’t want to move her pen from In front of badge) they played on my last review as if the owner commented and told me to call. It’s the store number and Carson answered every time i called the situation. Has not been handled and i will make sure i will continue to review in till it is handled professionally. I walked in and was immediately racially profiled and asked not did i want to dine in or pick up but asked if i was there to pick up a “jalisha”. Idk where assume of me picking up a jalisha comes from. Instead correcting herself she said well who are you here. At this point I’m upset that you assumed I’m here for a jalisha then properly greeting me. If a “Samantha looking person” walked in they wouldn’t be greeted with that question so i was curious to know why I was. Do mot play with my intelligence and have Carson or Kaley (whatever her name) make a comment back. Actually have the owner comment and contact me.
