Very upset. This place is so unorganized.

Rachel left me sitting while she ate lunch, checked movie times, and didn’t even complete my nail job with the top coat or oil. She kept me there for 2 hours when it was not busy. She played with my time. She has done this before multiple times. I told her and Will(the front desk guy) how important it is for my nails to stay. It’s been 7 days. They are coming off from the base of cuticle and lifting. The chrome has chipped away immediately as she did not put a gel top coat on it. She cured it only once. Also sometimes here they won’t trim your cuticle which is part of getting your nails done per State board test that ensure nail techs do cut the cuticle. I have been upset everyday since last Friday.

Today I went back in and Will said he would give me 25% and I would have to pay again and I was not going to do that as I just had paid $70 for a dip. I get dip. They last 4-6 weeks. I have been getting these done this way since for a long time. I told him I feel like this is wrong and I walked out.

I’ve also seen TY turn down multiple people and argue with them about how what they want and how it can’t be done. It’s every time.

I am so upset I spent $70 on my nails for them to chip away 2 days after and pop off 7 days after. I was a loyal good customer who tips very well and I am telling everyone not to come here. I am currently on my way to another nail salon. Very very upset customer here. -Stephanie the hairdresser

I went to Nexgen Nail lounge off of Frankford and it was heavenly and even more affordable. They treated me with care and respect. They were very organized and were so professional. Don’t Go!

Worst customer service. They use to be good but not anymore… now they have bunch of inexperienced nail techs. And when you complain, they don’t even show any kind of remorse and threaten to call the cops on you over complaining that you don’t feel good about the service they rendered instead of finding a solution for you.

I was there with my friend yesterday to get our pedicure and nails done, the pedicure was ok but the nails was awful and very bad, looking like something that was done 3 weeks prior. We went to complain to the manager and instead of him offering a solution, he just kept on saying “just pay and you don’t have to come back”… I and my friend said we could pay but can you find a solution like “come next day to get it fixed”. The next thing he said was “if you want perfection, go to your house and do it”… wow! He then went on to say he’ll call the cops on us and we asked him if we damaged anything or stole from you that he would threaten us with the cops. He went ahead and called the cops and referred to us as 2 black UNRULY girls while talking to them on the phone. The other clients in there also interfered, calling them Racistt for referring to us like that. The cops eventually came and asked for our own side of the story which we told them. We paid for the pedicure and left.

I came in to get a manicure and dipping. my nail lady didn’t really talk which was fine but someone that worked there came and set next to my nail tech and they talked in their language laughing and talking to each other I normal wouldn’t care but she stayed the whole time and just stared so it came off as if they were talking about me. She was a little rough giving the manicure I had to ask her to stop a few times because she cut so close to my nail bed. When I went to wash my hands I notice my fingers were sore but I didn’t think much of it until I got home and notice all the cuts. Some of my fingers turned black around the nail bed and I had to get Antibiotics. I’ve never had that happened before and it made sense why whoever she was talking to while doing my nails grabbed my nails and looked at them and said something to her in a different language before I left. Idk if she was new or what but if she saw her doing something incorrectly she should’ve taken over. Meanwhile the guy manger maybe? Trying to get everyone to get a pedicure when that’s not what they’re asking for. I don’t think it was done on purpose but I hope you guys become more aware and just to caution people to pay attention to make sure things are clean and how close they are cutting around...
