This newly opened Japanese restaurant is already a standout in the Dallas area. Even though it has only been open for a few days, everything felt so polished and exceptional. The atmosphere, service, and food were all truly impressive.

The tempura, fried right in front of us and served immediately, was light and perfectly crispy. The Wagyu steak was outstanding, and the sushi was fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared.

We were also delighted by the kids’ menu. Our child enjoyed both the steak and the sushi, which made the experience even more memorable for our family.

On top of that, the sake and wine list was unlike anything we’ve seen in this area—an exceptional selection that perfectly complemented the meal. And the original cocktails were a wonderful surprise: creative, beautifully balanced, and absolutely delicious. These are definitely a must-try.

It’s rare to find such authentic Japanese cuisine here, and this place has set the bar incredibly high from day one. We are already looking forward to...

This place is amazing! Jennifer was my server, and she was so helpful throughout the entire experience. When I first came in, I was greeted by the manager, who was wearing a kimono. I really admired that, it must take a lot of effort to walk around all day in such traditional clothing.

The restaurant is spotless, and the atmosphere feels very welcoming. I ordered the marinated fish of the day, with a choice between salmon, sea bass, or silver fish. I went with the silver fish, and it was absolutely perfect. I also tried the 5-piece sushi set, and every piece tasted incredibly fresh.

The drinks are well-crafted, balanced, and just the right amount of sweet. For dessert, I had the matcha tiramisu, which completely blew me away—it’s a must-try if you come here!

I’m so impressed with this restaurant, especially since it’s only been open for three days. I can’t wait...

They have an omakase menu that looks very approachable compared to others. If you like Sushi Sake, Mr. Sushi, or Edoku, this fits well within those spots. Quality and balanced taste hit the spot....
