McDonald's — Restaurant in Adel

I placed an order using the mobile app for one sandwich combo that came with a small fry and a four piece nugget a small drink and an apple pie. I sat waiting for 20 minutes for someone to bring me my food and no one ever did. I got out of my car and went inside and had to stand at the counter for five minutes, waiting for someone to even acknowledge me when there was nobody at the counter Customer wise and no one in the drive-through but one vehicle all the employees were standing around by the fry bin and the drive-through talking to each other and hanging out. Finally, one of the employees looked at me After she had already seen me before and finally asked me if I was waiting on something and I said yes I had put in the mobile order and I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for her just to advise me that. Oh we’re waiting on an apple and try to give me a bag with my other food in it that I’ve been sitting on the counter. I told her, I did not want that food because it has been sitting there getting cold and nasty. She advised oh you want fresh food I said yes please. She went back and was speaking to a female working the sandwich board. A few minutes later, she brought me my bag of food said they were still waiting on the pie. Never gave me my drink cup finally after another 5 to 10 minutes she brought me my pie she gave me an extra one I had to ask for my drink cup, she gave me all of 30 minutes before I even got my order complete. I have never ever had to wait that long on food at a fast food or less a McDonald’s customer service is atrocious and I was speaking with someone that lives in Tifton and told me this is the worst McDonald’s, actually the worst fast food in Tifton to come to the employees have attitudes and you always have to wait to get your food. This was my first and last time that I will ever go to...

I don't usually rate a fast food place like McDonald's, but this wasn't a decent experience. Drive thru line seemed to take much longer than it should have. Cashier was friendly, but far too many issues with the pick up window. Ordered a meal and a Happy meal. The Happy Meal box wasn't even folded and closed. Instead of double fries, or a small fry, it was those tiny fry containers and just 1 of them. They handed me 1 drink (Happy Meal) and a bag with just a medium fry. I asked for the other drink and the rest of the meal. Was told she (cashier) didn't ring those up. My reply was I paid almost $12, I most certainly ordered a meal and kids meal at that price. She looked at the board several times saying it wasn't on the board. Well duh, you probably cleared it out when y'all were taking too long on the order 2 cars ahead. When I opened the burger in the Happy Meal, it was pretty clear it had been stepped on. Definitely weren't eating that and not risking even complaining in person and end up with something worse. Hopefully this experience will break my kids interest in McDonald's as he was grossed out about the burger. The other stuff I could chalk up to just inexperience with reading the board wrong, but serving a burger that had clearly been on the ground is beyond unacceptable...

This is by far the ABSOLUTELY WORST McDonald's that I've been to. Upon arriving at the drive-through at 9:49 pm, there was no greeting at all. I must've said "hello?!" five times before someone answered with a "Go ahead with your order." Yeah, I'm sure that's what great customer service looks like.

I then proceeded to place my order of two egg and cheese biscuits (I'm a vegetarian). There was no total given. Instead I received a "You can pull around to the first window." I arrive at the window to only be given a total of $8.29! How does two biscuits add up to such a price that's more than an entire meal? The cashier couldn't explain it to me, so she went to get the manager. The manager came and gave me a total of $7.49. At this point, I'm completely over it. However, being curious, I ask them how they came to that price instead of the usual price that I get charged at other McDonald's ($1.29 per biscuit). They have no clue and give me this excuse that that particular McDonald's was privately owned. That was a huge joke within itself.

I hopped back on the interstate to drive 10 minutes away to a different McDonald's. I happily received my biscuits at the correct price. Go figures.

Do yourself a favor and just pass on this McDonald's... It's piss poor and...
