I placed an order at the drive thru of the Arby’s in North Augusta. I got to the window and was given my drinks, and was then asked to pull up and they would bring the food out to me. While waiting I noticed that they also told the car behind me to park and wait as well. A few minutes later, an employee came out and asked the car behind me what she ordered and then handed her the bag. I saw the customer go through the bag and I’m assuming it wasn’t what she ordered because she went into the store and returned the bag. Then, not even 30 seconds later, a young man came and brought me a bag of food. I asked him if that was the same bag that the customer behind me returned, and he said yes. I told him I didn’t want that because first, you all gave it to the wrong customer, and secondly, I watched that customer go through the bag. He said he would go back and change the bag. Now, I’m thinking he meant they would cook some fresh food, but he came back too quick for that. I said did you just take the food out of the first bag and put it in a new bag? He said, “yes ma’am.” I told him I just wanted my money back because that’s nasty. When I got in the store to get my money back, the manager was standing behind the counter with her back to the customers. Granted, this is the same person that give the customer behind me the wrong bag, so I’m thinking she should know better. She turns around and says “May I help you?” I told her I wanted my money back. She immediately reached for my card and went to the drive thru register to complete the transaction. When she returned, I asked her why would she give me the same bag of food that the customer behind me was given and more importantly knowing that the customer went through the bag. She said, I gave it to her by mistake. I said that’s just nasty. You should know better than to do something like that. She looked at me like I had done something wrong. That’s very bad customer service Arby’s in North Augusta....

I ordered 2 bacon beefncheddars with no red ranch. Once getting home I realize that even though the receipt is right the food is wrong. Drove all the way back, went through drive thru, explained issue and the employee was nice and said pull around. Once I got to the window the manager was extremely rude, I tried to hand her the receipt and the food and she said "here, we don't want it back." I tried to open the bag and was asked to pull up, I said "one moment let me just check it." The order was still wrong they weren't bacon beef and cheddars, when I tried to bring it to her attention she just kept the drive thru door closed with her hand up literally trying to ignore me. Once she realized that they had messed my order up again, she snayches the bag out of my hand, threw a separate container of bacon in the bag and threw the bag in my car and slammed the window. It was atrocious, I was treated like scum simply for wanting the order I clearly ordered and paid for. Employees were nice, that manager was a monster. Got most of it on tape, following up with corporate and local manager, and possibly local news outlets if no quality response is given. Terrible representation of the Arby's brand, pick...
Read moreIf I could rate this store less than one I would. By far the WORST experience and behavior I have ever experienced in my life. I arrived at the restaurant around 10:35 pm ( closes at 11 pm) , upon driving to the speaker no one came over the Mic to take my order. Cool. So I pulled around and started to place my order only to be greeted with the young man (manager with a red durag on his head) , acting in the most crazy manner cussing and complaining , and throwing stuff around the store all because I simply came to get dinner. I immediately asked for a refund and his response was "why she need a refund?".. He then snatches the young cashiers headset off of her head I guess implying there wouldn't be anymore orders being taken . Unbelievable. Needless to say I will NEVER return and will be escalating this up to higher...
