Aiken Swimming Pool Company — Local services in Aiken County

I have been calling Aiken Swimming Pool since before Thanksgiving and no one will return my calls, nor have they fulfilled their continued promises to come to the house. I have talked with the bookkeeper, the precious lady who works Monday, Thursday, and Friday who has put the order in to Billy at least twice (she is the only helpful person there), and Larry who promised to come and has never shown either. I have left messages and no one will return my phone calls. Our new ladder is rusting, again. The steps are yellow, the pool light doesn’t work and our pool is only a year and a half old. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint. I would not recommend any company who doesn’t stand behind their product and avoids service calls still...

SEVERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Aiken Pools put in our pool 14 years ago and have enjoyed it all these years until recently. We were having a leak situation and needed a new liner Called Aiken Pools in the beginning of April for an estimate on the repairs. It took 2 weeks for them to call to set up an appointment for the following week. Their service person came out, surveyed the pool and promised to email an estimate. Still waiting for the estimate 4 weeks later and have the understanding they do not want our business.

Update: Still haven't received an estimate from Aiken Pool. Pool should be done in 3 weeks by another...

I bought my home in 2018 with an in-ground salt water swimming pool and NO KNOWLEDGE on how to care for it. This company has held my hand and taught me everything I needed to know to care for my pool and keep it beautiful. Karen and everyone that works here has gone above and beyond to help. During the hurricane of 2024 when salt was almost impossible to get and many computer systems were down, this company treated me like family, let me take the bags of salt I needed and contacted me later for payment when “the world” became normal.
