Beyond disappointed, they were out of what I had ordered pulled pork baked potato, wait staff asked me to trade to another item, Half smoked chicken with two sides I said yes waited another 15 minutes for something that I had already paid for and they were trading out. Once wait was over the same individual brought out may food (curbside delivery) and only said sorry for the delay. Knowing that the last time we ordered from Shane's it to was wrong so I decided to check it out before I left.... They had yet again changed my order but this time with out concent they switched it out to chopped chicken with BBQ sauce on it and instead of my double order of fries it was only a single order fries and my son's fries were not even in the box for his order. When I went in the individual who brought out my order (same person they entire order) I shared with her my order was not right and they said yes the cook had changed it again because they were out of lots of things including now the smoke chicken now. Okay onwards, now I understand the running out of food and having to change things, I understand it's beyond and out of the wait staff's control (cooperate and lack of food supplies), but what I don't like is the cook changes it, tells the wait staff, the wait staff delivers the to go order and doesn't say a word about it but the cook staff also messed up the order and everyone but the customer was told... This is not the first time, not the second time, but it will be the last time and we will not be back to this...
Read moreI work at the Aiken, SC Tractor Supply Company and the Aiken, SC Shane's is literally a 1 or 2 minute walk from my store. I started going there in 2021 when I started working at TSC. Ya'lls food is the bomb!!!!!!!! Ya'll rank in the number 1 spot for restaurants in my book. I love ya'lls All American burger. Yum!!!!!!! And I have never once had bad service there. Ya'll are always pretty quick about getting my food to me and even when ya'll are busy and it takes a few minutes longer than normal, its worth the wait. Plus working in retail myself, I understand you have more than just me to serve. Not many people get that. Starting the second of January, I was there 6 days in a row, so that will tell ya'll how good your food is. And I have left a review about this before but I love giving ya'll shoutouts. One Sunday night, I was the closing manager at work and I had intended on going over and getting a burger when I got off. But I was later getting off than I intended so by the time I got over there, they were starting to close up. I was a little disappointed because I had my heart set on a burger but I wasn't mad or anything. The next time I was in there a few days later, the cashier said that the manager said to give me a free burger since I wasn't able to get one that night. Long story short, Ya'll are doing great work, keep up the good work. God Bless...
Read moreMy wife ordered food and paid for it. She works in the same shopping plaza and had to return to work before receiving her food. She had hoped to return later to pickup her food but was unable to do before the restaurant closed. She returned to the restaurant the next day and explained the situation to the manager and he was able to see her paid receipt and replaced the order. A few weeks later she was informed by the manager that she was banned from the establishment after returning to the restaurant to place an order. His reasoning for this action was he believed that she was untruthful about her previous transaction weeks before. We have our debt card receipt and the store receipt that downloaded to Shane’s Rib app. We are very disappointed and displeased with the actions of this store’s manager and the false accusations made by this individual when we have the upmost proof of her purchase that was made in good faith.
