So where to start. I ordered 2 subs one chicken teriyaki and meatball. When I got there o my 2 people were working. One was sweeping talking very loudly to the point I thought she was yelling at the other worker but she was on the phone. So I go to the side where the mobile order is and I waited almost 5 minutes for acknowledgment . The worker who was making other subs finally said was I here for mobile order and I said yes. She then said we are out of meatball. I said ok we’ll just make the chicken teriyaki sub and don’t worry about the other sub. Then I’m assuming the other lady who was loudly talking on the phone she’s a lead or manager not sure said we can’t do that it will mess up our system. So I said ok so just make 2 subs the same way. We can’t do that either since the chicken teriyaki is more than the meatball. I said so what am I supposed to do. She then said she will cancel that order and will place the new order but I ordered on the app which I got it cheaper since I used my points and the promo which I have a tip through the app so really didn’t get no benefit from the points but that was my choice. So instead of me paying $13 I payed $20. And I couldn’t get that promo since it’s only through the app. I never go to this location but it’s the closest to my house and said what the heck. Read moreFood was made fast, however the manager who was ringing up my order was awful. This was a few months ago, but I’ve decided it should be known.
I ran my credit card through, and got charged on it (phone showed the money I spent) and the lady claimed I didn’t pay, that it didn’t go through. I know I did, because my bank app showed I made the purchase. Dollar for dollar, cent for cent. However, even that wasn’t enough proof and she said I had to pay again. So I had to call corporate, who confirmed my purchase went through. 10/10 for corporate, 1/5 for the manager.
EDIT: I’ve come here a few times after and it seems this manager is gone now. The service ever since has been amazing! Super friendly staff from what I’ve met and quick and efficient! Will return again. ^^

Read moreThe worst subway location I've ever been to. Unfortunately it is the only location I can easily get to while working 14 hour shifts. I always order ahead so that I dont have to leave work for to long but they never make the order before I arrive and they all move so slow it feels like everyone's first day everyday. Today when I arrived my sub was not made and the lady put the tuna on before toasting the bread. I asked if I forgot to request it toasted and she said if I wanted it toasted before the tuna I had to request it in the special requests. She then asked me if I wanted her to removed the tuna and toast it... after the mayo has already soaked into the bread. I told her it was ok and thought she'd just give me the sub untoasted.
