My kids are crazy about the food so we order here often. There's always some kind of issue with missing items or something, but it's fast food and I let it go the majority of the time. Most recently was yesterday and I won't be letting this go.
On April 5th, around 5:15pm, I used the app to order food as I always do and went to pick it up at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, I was told the order wasn't showing up on their end yet (I had ordered it thirty minutes ago). I told them fine, I will come back in a little while because they were busy and I understood.
I returned 15 minutes later only to be asked by the same employee (Quintasia W) if I was "sure I didn't already pick it up". I showed her the order on my phone and she took my phone behind the counter and showed it to other employees. Another employee, presumably the manager, returned my phone and first told me that they already talked to me and my food was picked up. When I said no one spoke to me, she then told me someone else ("a guy") had come in and picked up my food.
After telling me this she simply walked away and offered no other explanation, apology, or solution. Other employees just stood and looked blankly at me. Quintasia was apologetic and sympathetic but there was little she could do as her manager had just walked off after telling me they gave away $36 worth of food! I told her it wasn't her fault and ordered the same food again and paid right there since I had my children at home waiting. Quintasia was the only one who did try to figure out what happened and help me out while her higher-ups were dismissive and rude and left her at the counter to fend for herself.

Read moreI pulled in about 135. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. About 10 minutes later, I was able to order. 5 tenders plate, tossed in tongue torch sauce, no slaw, extra fries, an extra ranch and a peach tea. Same thing i order every time. Never had an issue. I get to the window, she takes my card. Swipes my card. Hands me my drink, and then my card back. She was about to hand me my order, but then goes back to grab something. Then she says, o we are out of tongue torch sauce, are you ok with nuclear? I advised her, no ma'am, I'm not. But I don't want the pack, are the tenders not tossed in the sauce? She said no, we can do that for an upcharge. Okkkk, but that's what I ordered from the start, why wasn't it rang up that way? She says "I dont know, but I can ring it up." No, I'll just take a refund. She then goes back with an aggravated, "this lady wants a refund." And the fellow, I guess the manager goes "just pull her up."
I have no problem paying for what I want, that's why I order what I want. But when the establishment makes a mistake, they should just correct it, and move along. I don't need to keep handing you my card. And, check to be sure the order is correct before charging me!!
And then I had to pull up and wait for the refund. Still had to come back outside, get the card, go back in to process the refund and bring it back. Nobody ever apologized. Just a lot of time wasted.

Read moreI normally don't leave bad reviews ever.. and I know that the person who was at the window was probably just having an awful day. However, it was seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to get my dad and I dinner on May 24th. I could tell they had been busy so I tried to be extra nice. When I got to the window, the girl there immediately rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window open and then slammed it closed again when I gave her my card.
Sadly, I was missing an order and I had to ask her about it. She rolled her eyes at me and got mad again and said that I never ordered it in the first place. I said that it was totally okay if it got missed and asked if I could please go ahead and re-order it and paying at the window. She slammed the window and asked for someone else to "come deal with me". Someone else came to the window and they were super nice. I was able to place the order and pay. After, the other girl came back to the window and demanded I pay for the meal, I tried to show her the receipt, she wouldn’t acknowledge me or speak to me and just said she couldn’t see it on the screen, then slammed the window again.
The other girl was able to show her and vouch for me that I did already pay and I was able to get my food. I didn’t want to say anything and make things worse but I was charged double for a drink, my fries were not seasoned at all, and my sandwich was drowned in mayonnaise.
