This place has ALWAYS been my Akron go-to place for Chinese food. Hands down THE. BEST. FOR/ IN. EVERYTHING!!! Even my son has NO complaints. Anytime anyone wants Chinese food, I recommend this place, they have everything your heart could imagine (I think, dont quote me on that). Not only that, but on a side note.... During the pandemic, deep in the midst of ALL the BS, with EVERYTHING going on (or NOT going on) this FAMILY OWNED RESTAURANT managed to keep their business OPEN AND RUNNING. All while still following ALL SAFETY precautions and doing their due diligence to keep the phone lines open, and making the necessary changes to serve their customers. This is just about the best chinese food in Akron, and has the best staff. We have been coming here for a while now, but tonight took the cake for us. We called in an order and were headed out to pick it up when we realised we had forgotten our keys and were locked out of our place. We called them and let them know we were not sure we were going to make it for the order and offered to pay for it over the phone regardless, and they told us not to worry about it and to call back if we would be coming in to get it. We finally called back a while later and although they already thrown it out since it had been a while, they made us fresh food at no extra charge and did not hassle us over it at all. Terrible customer service, Terrible food, & grease dirty.. the guy who answered the phone rude and impatient as I was asking alot of questions because I never ate here before & he hung up on me.. I only ordered from here because of the great reviews but unfortunately the reviews didn't add up..
