Manager on today 07/21/2025 @3:15pm extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered my food and then used the rest room quickly. As I was walking to the bathroom, she came out block majority of the hallway, not even saying excuse me or hello etc. as I came back to the counter after using the restroom, the manager handed me my food and “don’t bring your scooter in here again” , mind mine folds up, it wasn’t in anyone’s way, it’s my personal scooter. The principle of it all is that she never said, “hi” “hello”, “good afternoon” “have a good day” etc. she called out the order number, rolled her eyes, didn’t even reach to put it in my hand although my hand was to grab my order that she just left on counter space. Had she said “hello” or was nice and welcoming, I would of had a civil conversation with her but after she told me to get my scooter out, and I began to ask questions she walked off from the counter. The second time she came back to counter, I asked her for her name since it’s McDonald’s, in which she ignored me again, not even looking at me but the next customer was a black female and you would of thought it was completely different person by how welcoming and sweet she was. I asked her a third time and declined and said we’re not allowed to give our first name out and walked off. Absolutely felt like it was a race thing due to the fact of how sweet welcoming and nice she was to the black female.
I called McDonald when I got home in which she answered the phone, she hung up on me the first time and the second time she put the phone on mute and set it down. Read moreService at this McDs varies wildly. One day I'll get super great service, next week it's almost abusive, 2 days later just ok service. However, more often than not, the service and food just suck. A typical experience is the drive thru employee sticking their hand out the window, bag (my order) in hand. Not a glance and certainly no thank you. Not a word, just a bag in hand and silence. Completely and purposefully ignoring a transaction with another human being. It's disturbingly strange. And, it seems one employee must learn the behavior from another. I don't think I've been treated so oddly at any other establishment, let alone with this frequency. More than a few employees at this McDs has the same attitude. Ill wait a few weeks then return for more of the same. Cold service, cold food. Also, I've trained myself to realize that once I get in that drive thru line, I can only blame myself. The service will probably be abusive, food cold, incorrect order and I'll probably wait a very long time in the line. So much so, that one time I waited and waited and waited behind another car to give my order. Finally, I drove off. As I looked over, I realized the restaurant wasn't even open. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. It took me over 10 minutes to get someone’s attention to pay for my order in cash from the kiosk. I wanted to wipe my table off because it was sticky and there are no napkins or anything sitting out so I had to wait for our food to use a napkin and get some hand sanitizer and wipe it. My daughter wanted some ketchup so I went back up to ask for some and stood there for a few minutes and saw that some and seen me and she ignored me so I leaned over the counter so they could see me better and they acted like I was gong to rob the place and told me to stay behind the counter. The manager then told me to stand at the register next time. I was behind the register on 2 different occasions and was ignored because they were too busy talking. No drive thru customers.
