I wasn't going to write a review but this is now the 3rd encounter I've had with this employee and it's tainted my experience with this location. I believe her name is Patrice or maybe Patricia. Badly dyed red hair that's pulled back in a bun or clip (when I've been in). She isn't dressed in the typical red which leads me to believe the does something in the back or maybe is some type of manager, which I hope isn't the case with the way she talks to people. 1st incident she was verbally accosting the young girl at the counter when we walked up. When we got to the counter she huffed, rolled her eyes at us and the other employee and walked off. The young girl was visibly very upset. 2nd incident a few weeks later my 8 year old son wanted more ketchup so proceeded to the counter to ask for some. Unfortunately was met with this ugly souled "P" employee who practically threw the packets across the counter at him and one fell to the floor and she had the gull to state "thanks for picking up after yourself" as he walked away. HE'S 8. He was absolutely mortified and embarrassed. 3rd incident is her AGAIN rolling her eyes and being utterly unhelpful. I knew I shouldn't have even asked her for help. We came for breakfast and my daughter needed to use the restroom but it was out of toilet paper so I asked her if she could get me some. Again all I get is a huff and eyeroll when she tells me she will get someone to do it. Then turns around and loud enough for us and other people to hear states "whyyyyy did I even pick up this stupid shift". She has made every visit we've had uncomfortable. Read moreManger named Lexi was incredibly rude, unprofessional not only did she talk over us, but hung up when we tried to speak about the situation at hand. She never called us back so we know it was a true disconnect. We were charged for items that were not provided. She stated they have no protocol in place to fund you back your money. They give you a homework assignment and enforce you must come there for a couple of dollars not knowing where you reside and the time & cost involved. So let's recap: We were charged for items not provided. We did not enjoy a meal, because we did not get all our meal. We were hung up on. Time is also money and this call was not cost effective and when asked to have the director or owner call well you know the ending, hung up on. Whom trained this person to think it's ok to disregard a client? How about this solution/scenario: Let me have my director or owner phone you and let me Credit your CC with a full refund as we ruined your dining experience and how about we send you comp meals to say we're sorry. Nope no words like that, not even I'm sorry. Never ever would we treat a client or any human with such disrespect and you still have my money and I'm still hungry. As a rating we give it a F-. We never post any reviews and I feel sorry that we must as how else will anyone learn it's not okay to take one's money and not give them the product then make it their problem to solve...
Read moreI enjoy my chicken sandwiches. I’ve been going to this location for years and the last year it has been so bad at getting my sauces correct, that I hoard bbq when they do get it right because I know most likely my next order will be wrong sauce. Somehow I nearly ALWAYS get chick fil a sauce and not what I asked for. BBQ and chick fil A sauce don’t even sound similar. Today I saw the person in front of me give back their sauce for a different kind, I can’t help to think it’s not just me. It doesn’t matter if I’m ordering in drivethru or doing uber eats, both are so inconsistent with sauce it’s honestly a bit ridiculous. Essentially you’re wasting product because I just toss the wrong stuff and hope I have the good stuff to spare and I don’t feel I’m going to have a great experience knowing how inconsistent they are. You can even clearly read it on my ticket so… what’s going on? I’ve been here a few times this last month and I’ve gotten more wrong sauces than right…. I really do not understand.
The staff are friendly and the place is always quick which is why I like it here. But boy am I tired of guessing will this creature of habit get the sauce they like or will today be surprise chick...
