1 Star at most..... Would give "0" if that was an option. This is my first "1 Star" rating EVER!!!
I have been a long time fan of BW3, but have endured the their slow decline for some time now. I can look past potential COVID impacts on service and quality for any business, but I can no longer look past the continuing decline of BW3 service. Tonight's experience was the final straw.
BW3 (at least in my area) is starving for business despite two of three Orlando locations already closing down. My family had totally horrible service with nothing but attitude when we tried to dine there tonight.
We started to seat ourselves because the sign upon entry told us to (see photo). The hostess (Anna) all but yelled at us for walking past the empty hostess stand as we followed the direction of the posted sign to seat ourselves.
After we were stopped, we asked for a High-Top. Anna, walked us to our section. When we got there, we requested two 4-Tops be put together to accommodate out party of 5. (There was no one else eating in the area; again they are starving for business (see photos)). Refusing to put two tables together, she (Anna) put us at the skinny table to have dinner (see photo). We flagged down a Manager and complained about the seating/ He was afraid to make a command decision and left us at our current skinny table.
He later came back to say that his Manager said it would be to move us. At that point, I decided to let the whole situation roll off my back and move on. We proceeded to order. The server (Zach) was at least pleasant. The order came out piece-meal and wrong. I am easy going and can deal with that. The final straw was the attitude from the other server(s) when we asked for silverware or to correct the order.
In the end, the senior manager tried to correct the wrongs. I offered to pay for the drinks and that few items that came out despite them being wrong and us not eating them. He cancelled the order and asked for no payment. The sad reality of this ordeal is that the people that most love the BW3 establishment cannot continue to support it if the BW3 staff themselves do not make an effort.
PS. As I was talking to the senior Manager on duty, our server was bringing out the rest of the order. The other server was over heard by my family telling our server "Don't bring them their F@#ing food!".

Read moreWent here last night after a one year hiatus due to an unprofessional and unfortunate incident involving an order I made for a pickup. It consists of a burger I order which I requested "No cheese" on it. After paying over $50 for the order and tipping the young lady who took my order; I noticed the burger had cheese. I explained the mistake to the young girl and she said she'll take care of it and have the chief make me another one. As I waited 8-10 minutes I jokingly told her I hope he's not gonna scrap off the cheese and she said no he's gonna make you another one. Well when I got the burger I went home which is a few miles down the road and to my surprise they did just that. "Scrap the cheese off the burger" I was enraged that they would make me wait and give me the same burger with the cheese scraped off. After that type of service and unprofessionalism I vowed never to go again until last night. My wife made a pickup order for some chicken wings. Upon arriving I noticed a manager helping out up front with the orders by the name of "Matt" He seemed to be very professional as well as a stand up guy. I decided to tell him my last experience there and to his amazement explained that it shouldn't happen again. He was very knowledgeable and told me that all the privately owned franchises have been bought back from corporate and had all the old managers and staff replaced with a new corporate trained staff. He explained this in a professional manner and was very sympathetic to my last experience. He treated me with respect went over and beyond to make my experience a very pleasant one and he did. Because of him (Matt) I will definitely be returning as his professionalism won me over. The food came out great and his whole staff treated me well in every aspect. From the front girl taking orders to even a young lady cleaning and sweeping up her station stoping and asking if I needed a soft drink while waiting for my order. Both girls unaware of my conversation with Matt or my past experience. Matt and his staff were amazing. Other restaurants should take Matt's model of professionalism as the perfect model to run a business. I can't say enough other than come in and see for yourself.
