Panda Express — Restaurant in Alafaya

I came in Panda Express to pick up a delivery for Uber Eats I go in there a lot to pick up orders and there are two boys in there, one was short hair one with long hair they are very rude boys every time I go in there they make me wait at least 10-20 minutes for the order, they are very unprofessional, I was in there once and they were running around the restaurant cussing and playing around. just unprofessional in there all the time. Today I was there about 5 minutes before they asked who I was picking up for, I told him who I was there for and they said it was almost done just a couple more minutes, they just continued to keep taking other customers, I waited about 5 minutes and then I asked him if there was somebody doing delivery and he said, can't you see we are the only 2 here in the state of Florida? We will get to it. He was very nasty and rude about it and said it in a restaurant full of people, which was very embarrassing so I unassigned the order. I will not go back to that restaurant for deliveries or anything else. I will let everyone I know know how they talked to me and direct them to another panda. I don't care how busy you are there is no excuse for being rude to a customer, although I was picking up an order I was doing it for their customer, whom I also told why I unassigned their order. It is sad that the owners of that panda choose to allow these 2 boys to represent them at this store, because they make them look bad. I am not one to leave negative reviews but I had such a poor experience at this location that I figured I had to. This was also the first and only time I have visited this location as it recently opened. I went through the drive through and ordered a bowl and two plates for my family.

The staff at this location were rude and didn't say a word to me except when they took my order. It was awkward enough that I was confused when I got my food.. almost waiting for something else as there was no sense of conclusion as the cashier walked away.

When I got home, I saw that my order was wrong and all of the food was thrown in the box (it was secured while I was driving). The portion sizes were very very small and there was hardly any protein in any of the entrees. The food didn't seem fresh, especially the chow mein. Just overall not used to what I've come to expect from Panda Express.

Unfortunately I cannot say that the food was worth the value that we paid and regret going to this location to get our dinner. I've eaten at several other locations and was fully satisfied but this one just didn't hold up to my expectations. This honestly has to be the worst fast food experience I’ve had. I’ve never written a bad review before but for this I felt like I had to. I bought 2 plates of food for delivery and when it arrived my entire plate of orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and fried rice was missing despite it clearly stating in the receipt it was 1 of 2. After calling this place and politely explaining what happened, i asked them to make my missing my order and we would come pick it up, despite the whole point of ordering on uber eats so we wouldn’t have to…. I also very clearly explained what I had ordered that was missing multiple times. When we went to pick it up, they somehow managed to make my order wrong after all of that. I never got the honey walnut shrimp and instead got a completely different entree, and one I really didn’t like.
