I really hope that the manager or responsible person to manage the employee of this branch is looking over this review.
I don’t really like to leave a review, but this is something i must. I have experienced the worst Customer service ever. My husband and I come here at late nights to buy burgers for to-go. Its the second time this has happened to us, that’s why i am bringing myself to write a review. I have worked in restaurant industry for years so i do know how exactly its hard during a rush hour to remember how all the orders go through. Also, i agree that Customers are not ALWAYS right, but nevertheless you need to listen to their concerns, that is what customer service is about.
Last week, we went to driveway and didn’t get our fries that we ordered, so after arriving home we had to drive back to ask for the missing food, they were hesitant in admitting that they forgot while packaging. We let it go, because its happens given the way how fast employees have to work on chain fast food. Today, again we got two meals, reaffirmed with the cashier from driveway if the meals are all in the package, he says YES! And when i checked i saw onion rings and two fries and could feel burger too so we trusted that nothings missing. We come home and there isn’t the second burger?
My husband had to go back and ask if they missed during packing, but the cashier was literally snapping my husband like, “This is your habit to ask for missing food!!” OMG...i could not believe that anyone could do it without rethinking not even once. Human error happens. At first, he did not even check with the person who packed the food before making assumptions and talking as if we are a habitual Liar??? i know sometimes you can forget during packing , but its just a fries or a burger. who’s gonna lie for few bucks???
Please rethink at least once if you could have forgotten or mistaken before making assumptions. Everyone else in this shift were nice other than this cashier guy. I am not disappointed with missing fries or burger, but the assumptions that this guy made. This is beyond humiliating for us. We don’t expect to be treated with optimum customer service but we live a hard life too so we would appreciate if you at least treat us with minimal...

I went there on a wed night , about 6 pm. Three customers , including me. There appeared to be 3 people working. The drive thru was closed for repairs.
I've worked fast food , and rate my customer experience based on how long the orders would have taken me to prepare.
First, I waited ten minutes just to place my order. The man at the front counter did nit acknowledge my presence. He wandered around back and forth basically doing nothing when he should have been taking orders. I didn't see him do much of anything.
Next, after waiting ten minutes just to place an order, I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food.
It dies not take long to drop a rack of fries and put on two small hamburgers.
There wasn't anybody else there !!! Then, front counter guy doesn't bag up my whoppers ,he lets them sit and get cold. Same thing with the fries. They were done long before my burgers and he let them sit and get cold.
I was pretty angry by this time. I had already paid or I would have left. My food was cold and it took wayyyyyy too long to get it. Not busy, no other customers, no excuses.
I don't usually go to this Burger King. And I don't know where another locations are.
I had some coupons , that is why I chose to visit them the other evening.
I got home and had to reheat my fries and burgers. They probably would have been good if they didn't sit around getting cold.
I mentioned that I had BK coupons. After this crummy trip, I threw the rest of them away.
There are better places with decent service very close by. I feel sorry...

Man, this place needs to get new managers and re-evaluate their employees because every single time I walk in this place the workers, especially the managers, are incredibly rude! I've never experienced anything like it before! They are arrogant and disrespectful every time. Forget about referencing the store’s website, because the website or anything online, does not coincide with what they actually do. They open and close whenever they feel like it, so don't rely on listed hours. One time in the AM they were there inside, but the doors were locked. They didn't open the doors until two hours after they were actually supposed to. When asked why they said “it’s too scary.” So, they make customers wait until they're not scared to open. Whoever is supposed to be checking on this restaurant should be fired, because they are not doing their job and running their own show. Obviously, they are taking advantage because they know no one cares. They definitely win the award for, “Worst Restaurant Employees” in ALL of Alameda, that is FOR SURE!...
