This was my first time trying Loard’s ice cream and I was very impressed. They have lots of flavors, so it was definitely somewhat overwhelming. The 2 staff members working were very patient, friendly and helpful as I tried several of the flavors. I decided to get a waffle cone with 2 scoops: banana and butter brickle. I wish I would’ve captured the picture right away because the staff member that made my cone added a little whipped cream, cherry and some chopped nuts. You see, I was debating between one of their sundaes and the waffle cone, and for her to give me those additional toppings(free of charge), really made my heart smile. It was soo good that after a few bites, I knew I had to take pictures so I could leave a review. The customer service was outstanding and I will definitely be back.

Halo halo was good. Mango ice cream was natural and fresh tasting. Ube had a nice favlor. Toppings were fun. I would prefer leche flan over whipped cream, but it's not a Filipino shop. I really wished the server would have offered a "junior" option or asked what size I'd like. It was huge and I had to throw away a large amount. She also served me the regular size with two spoons even though I came in alone, which seems unnecessary. Wasteful single-use plastic since I threw it directly in the garbage before sitting. Finally it's v cold in here. If the ice cream is in freezers, do customers need to freeze too?

They delivered with masks and gloves, offered hand sanitizer at the door. Ice cream is great, presented really nice, good portions and fair price ! Would love to come here again after restrictions have been lifted for a really cute date idea 🥺💖

I stopped by Loard's Ice Cream and had an overall average experience. The old-fashioned soda and the strawberry milkshake were both quite good, exactly what you'd expect from a classic ice cream shop. The ambiance was fine, nothing too special but comfortable enough for a casual stop.

The owner was friendly and extremely talkative, sharing stories and going on about various things. It was a bit much at times, but not a deal-breaker.

However, the employee working that night was a different story. She was bitter, unpleasant, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Her attitude made the experience much less enjoyable and honestly, she’s the reason we probably wouldn’t come back. I’m a business owner myself and would never hire someone like that to represent our brand.
