Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered delivery of just 2 lava cakes and a sandwich at 11:30pm it was “out for delivery” for over an hour. I called after I had still not received the order after an hour & 1/2, they told me “it’s still out for delivery” after TWO hours I call again and replace my order. They tell me over the phone “there was no apartment number on the address so we couldn’t find it, and when we called the phone number attached to the order, it was the wrong number” I double checked and my apartment number surely is in there and my correct phone number is definitely attached to the order, as it is the one the tracker needs to pull up tracking info. I’ve also ordered from this same location and received my order just fine. They’ve called me on the exact same number too. I ordered the same order AGAIN, and was assured they’re deliver it rig away. The driver apologized for not having the ranch that we was supposed to come with the wings, he said the guys at the store forgot to put it in the bag. We're in a hotel so don't have any condiments so the driver told us to contact the store & he would come back out. I hit to report an issue button in the app which just took me back to the home page ready to take my order. After digging all through the app to report the problem, I gave up on the app & googled the nearest Dominos and called. The guy on the phone blamed the driver, said all drivers pack their own bags, and they were very busy and short staffed. He said he could bring the ranch but it would be a long time but he would give me a $10 coupon for next time instead. Read more7/12/2019 @11:38pm I ordered a handmade pan pizza with pepperoni and bacon as well as the usual cheese and sauce. The problem is, there wasn't any sauce. I call the store, the one on 36th and at first they told me that kind of pizza doesn't really come with a lot of sauce. Mind you, I didn't say there wasn't enough, because there wasn't any. They tried to credit me but I wasn't gonna just take them at their word, so I asked for a replacement pizza. They tried to discourage me and say its gonna be an 1.5hr wait. I said I got time. Less than 45 minutes later a knock at the door... I guess people must have canceled their order because the wait was cut in half. U would think all is well. I grab the pizza from the driver, and its extra heavy. I go inside, open the box to see an undercooked pizza, over smothered with sauce.... now is this how customer service works?
