It was mine and my husbands first date EVER. My husband and I have two small children, and live paycheck to paycheck. Going on a date has never really been an option for us. Well tonight we forced it into our budget as we were kid free for the evening. Our server was the manager Clayton, he was so amazing, kind, personal, and attentive. You don’t thing of B-Dubbs as an experience. But as my husband and I were leaving I couldn’t help but feel like Clayton made tonight such a precious and memorable experience. I passed a comment about how I’m pregnant, and he brought out caramel (I had the cheese curd burger) and said “You said you were pregnant, you gotta try this with your cheese curds!”. Little did he know, when I was in high school I used to eat at B-Dubbs about twice a week and that was my go to. Cheese curds and caramel. It was a blast from the past that made me and my baby very happy. He brought us out their honey mustard (without us asking) and said you gotta try this! There’s just something about our honey mustard! And my god was he right! This man made every effort to ensure we were happy with our food, and even brought us things without us having to ask, for us to try to make our food just that much better. His customer service was top tier and I’m honestly shook that he’s not managing a five star restaurant (honestly, that’s how amazing he was). I whole heartedly believe this man not only deserves a raise, but a promotion. This corporation should have him travel to different locations around the country and TEACH THEM customer service! Show them what a good leader looks like. Show them what customer service should be and how to implement it throughout their shifts. The food was 10/10. But the customer service was unmatched by any other restaurant I have been to. Thanks to Clayton. If you want good food with an amazing experience, go to B-Dubbs and ask for Clayton. He wasn’t supposed to serve us, but he took us on as his table anyways. 10/10 would totally recommend. And when I have family fly in from the lower 48, I’m not taking them to the cute restaurants around here that cost your whole paycheck. I’m taking them to this B-Dubbs, specifically requesting Clayton, and enjoying a meal that’s been cooked perfectly with someone who treats his customers like...
Read moreWent here over a few options thinking we could enjoy football & wings. long story short this place has gone down hill bad.
When we walked in someone asked if we were dining in we said yes and she just walked away. there is no sign that says seat yourself or anything so we thought she was seating us and we followed her until she went into the kitchen. then we stood around confused until someone else finally came around that we could ask.
the tables were all dirty so we sat down and just asked for it to be wiped off. service started out fine, until we got our food. we ordered 2 flavors of wings, tried each of them and they were terrible. kindly asked to replace them with different flavors and he was weird about it but took back our first plate and brought out the new one. they were extremely salty but we ate a few and said they were fine.
the classic chicken wrap barely had anything in it. i used to order this years ago & it was pretty big and tasty. this one tasted gross like the vegetables weren't washed, they used pulled plain chicken and skimped on all of the insides like cheese and seasonings. the potato wedges were the only decent part. i didn't say anything or complain about the wrap but it sucked.
When he brought the receipt, we asked if there was a mistake because we sent back the first plate. the guy rudely said no, we still had to pay for all of the wings and walked away when i asked to speak to a manager. the server helping the table next to us was kind and she said don't worry she'll remove them, and took them off our bill. a few minutes later the manager walked out with her and started lecturing us about how she just lost $20 and when we tried to get a word in about how we just ate one wing and sent them back, she kept saying "will you let me finish?" i have never been to a restaurant that treats customers as rudely as these people. she yelled at us all through the restaurant as we left. this place is a joke and i will never be back. go to wing stop or straight out of philly for much better food...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this location every Tuesday for over a year now with my girlfriend. We even started asking for one particular server, Chris Leaming, because he is such an outstanding and caring server who would always get our orders right and drinks on time. He was so friendly and conciderate, and stood out among the rest of the poorly trained staff. Today I decided I will no longer be giving my business to Buffalo Wild Wings. When we don’t have Chris as our severer our experience is a joke, and today was the icing on the cake. My girlfriend and I are both servers so we understand the industry and are very patient, but none of the other servers seem to understand basic English. We speak very clearly and slowly because we know how flustered people can get when it’s busy so we try to make everything easy for our servers. Yet somehow, tonight we got overcharged for 4 drinks, drinks that we order every time we are in, and then got told “that’s how it is” even though our last receipt said otherwise. The drinks were also wrong. Our appetizer came out with our meal and was also wrong. Still got charged for the mistake. And the worst part of all of this is that the manager was nowhere to be seen. We sat and waited for so for someone to come and address the issue. When the manager finally made her way to our table she didn’t even make eye contact with us! She looked at our server and asked “did you get things taken care of?” And then just walked away. She didn’t ask how our meal was, if everything was okay, nothing. She made no effort to interact with us and try to fix the issue. I’ve never been so appalled by a managers behavior and inability to perform their main duty: CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would have loved to speak with her about our experience, if only she had stopped long enough to get a word out. I don’t like being treated like we don’t matter. But since that’s the case I won’t be returning...
