I'm deeply dissatisfied with my recent experience ordering pizza from your establishment. Despite it being a late-night order placed around midnight, I had very specific requirements to ensure a smooth and discreet delivery process. With the intent to be courteous towards the people sleeping in my household, I had explicitly requested that the delivery driver call me upon arrival so that I could meet them outside. This instruction was entirely disregarded.
When the driver arrived, they chose to ring the doorbell, thereby startling our dogs into a barking frenzy and subsequently waking up everyone in the house. This chain of events was precisely what I was aiming to avoid by making my earlier request, a simple instruction that would've been easy to follow. To add insult to injury, I had tipped the driver ahead of time in the hope that my note would be given the attention it deserved. Unfortunately, it appears to have been overlooked or ignored.
Not only did the driver's action disrupt the peaceful environment of my home, but it also tainted the overall experience of ordering from your establishment. My disappointment is twofold: one for the failure in communication, and second for the negligence in customer service. For a business that operates in the hospitality industry, this seems like a glaring lapse in fulfilling basic customer requirements.
I expect better attention to detail and more respectful adherence to customer instructions in future interactions. Please take this feedback seriously so that no other customer has to experience such a nuisance.
I have mixed feelings about the food quality from your restaurant, and unfortunately, my most recent experience has compelled me to express my dissatisfaction. While the food has been passable in the past, this time it actually made me feel sick. I suspect the pizza was the culprit, although I can't say for certain.
Moreover, I've ordered your cinnamon sticks on multiple occasions with varying levels of satisfaction. Sometimes they're enjoyable, and other times they fall short in quality. Consistency seems to be a recurring issue with your establishment. This time, however, the inconsistency reached new levels—my order of cinnamon sticks arrived without the frosting. A seemingly small oversight, perhaps, but one that significantly diminished the overall dining experience.
Missing elements like the frosting and fluctuating quality of the food indicate a lack of attention to detail and quality control, which is concerning to say the least. These inconsistencies, combined with the unfortunate incident of the food making me ill, have left me deeply disappointed and reluctant to place future orders.

Also online order tracking was not available. All other competitors I have used previously offer this free of charge. Yep, I could call. Nope won't, and shouldn't have to. Interesting how free red peppers and cardboard cheese (look it up) are offered on the website free of charge however are not included in the order placed. The time between order and delivery was the same amount of time it took domino's (ordered a few days before) to 'quality check' that order, so kudos there. However, when the driver showed up his greeting was not necessarily friendly. Curt..ious would be a stretch as I was treated to a diatribe of excuses as to why it took so long for delivery. The lack of support to drivers during the day was inadequate, in his opinion. Won't torture you with further story details needless to say it was NOT a long time to wait. Wondering if they were after a pity tip addition as I had included a tip when I paid online? It was nice to have some speak with me at the door, unlike previous order from competition. But the driver had no idea what items he was delivering and came within an inch of dumping the wings on the floor with a 'There must be something else in here' comment. As for quality, the wings were UNDER cooked and luke warm at best, dumping them on the floor and getting a refund would have been preferable. As to that fact, I ate two of them before giving up. And as SLIMY as they are, I am not sure microwaving them for another meal will be possible. Such as, I consider $10 down the toilet, literally. The only reason for my mildly positive rating, other than order to delivery time, is the quality of the pizza itself. It rivals Godfathers in it's taste. As a suggestion to future customers however, don't waste the extra money getting stuffed crust. In reality it's just 'Here's a gap where cheese might have been' crust. Unfortunately, it's the best delivery I have found so far in Anchorage and will be hindered to use them again should a pizza craving occur. I am visiting and wanted to order for me and my family and no one would answer. When they did answer they said,"hello" and hung up. Being from what you guys call the lower 48, probably the worst service ever. I can't believe one, I got ignored, and 2 got thought of as another person. I really hope that they train there workers better. I ended up wanting for papa John's due to the fact no one answered the phone. Disappointing because I was really excited.
