Burger King — Restaurant in Albany

I stop by here several times a week to grab 2 xlg drinks for my hubby who's always extremely thirsty when he gets off (Along w one for me!) No matter how busy the drivethru is as it's after 10p when I get there- it's worth waiting those 3-10min as the staff is very cordial, apologizing for any wait & they're always smiling, wishing all a good night ... Much better than at other local places who are too busy shutting down to take care of those last few customers.. I do appreciate the late nite crew as they help me finish my nite knowing that there's a few people out there who know what customer service is and make me feel good about choosing BK as my go to each nite.. thank you 2nd shift/closers for going above and...

This place is more of a homeless camp than anything. I don’t know if they ever try to run off the drunk beggars outside or not. Inside the homeless buy a soda and sleep on the tables. The crew members will bicker and cuss at each other in front of the customers. They don’t dust on top of things so there’s been a dead fly on top of the soda fountain for over half a year. They use everything even if it’s unappealing or turned. Yummy Yummy brown snotty looking lettuce.

Went to Burger King on W.Olgethrope order a big fish and got a fish sandwich that's was re- cooked. It shrinked and was full of grease, let alone hard. I called back and told manager how they re drop my fish. My bread greasy as I don't what. The same amount of time it took to re-cook my fish they could have cook another one.
