I ordered from this place for the second time giving them the benefit of the doubt from the first time. I ordered 2 salads through the app. I asked for extra ranch dressing, extra cheese and extra meat. Some of my toppings were missing, the representative had an attitude both times when I asked for ranch dressing in which they used the dressing off the line and squeeze it in a small cup which is smaller than the actual packet. I was very specific about the extra dressing with my order. I don't live in the area but this Subway by far is the worst and the most unfriendly. If I'm gonna pay for something let me get it the way I like it and not the way you want me to have it. It was like a tug of war getting extra dressing and more crackers in which I paid $.50 extra for each cup. They say that only one cup of dressing comes with that large salad. Entered this location with my official Subway coupon for ANY 6 inch for $3.99, but was told they do not honor it. Stated they will only honor it for the subway of their choice. Also they have handwritten a notice of what coupons they will not honor. I thanked her and went to another subway in the city and had no problems.
