Walked un in a Sunday afternoon to the most unhelpful, rude employees EVER. Took them all at least 2 minutes to even acknowledge us, a party of five would be hard to miss at the register. The little, super rude, dark haired girl running the register needs alot of improvement. She was short with us while ordering, if shes this unhappy at this job, she should leave. I know she put our orders in WRONG on purpose, we had to go back and deal with her attitude, again. She said that she pulled the order up and it was right, again told her it was WRONG. She very rudely offered to make it correctly, we just asked for our money back, after she told us to throw it away. Why would an employee TELL a paying customer to throw it away, the order she got wrong? I told her to throw it away, she was more interested in her friend who walked in. As we sat there, she pretended to get a spray bottle and a cloth to wipe the same area over and over, so she could talk to her friend sitting at the table. Where is the management in this place? Non existent, i guess. If this young lady is a manager, she will need alot more training. I encourage the viewing of cameras, to see how she treats customers. Ill possibly visit the other locations, but not anytime soon. Seems to me that there needs to be a manager over the age of 20, to manage an establishment, with very young employees...of course they would rather disregard the paying customers and entertain their friends. I will not put up with bratty, rude employees.

First time here and I was treated horribly. I came here around 7:30 with a few friends for a late night treat. I decided to order the oreo smoothie. They gave me something oreo but it was shaved ice and not the smoothie with the ice cream as stated on the menu. It wasn’t what I ordered. I asked the guy what this item was and he looked at me said nothing and laughed. My friend who is familiar with this place told me this wasn’t the smoothie. I didn’t know what the drinks looked like. Then he went to ask the short hair blondish girl what to do and she laughed and said there’s nothing we can do. I asked if they can please make my smoothie and the guy said I didn’t order a smoothie and they’re now closed. He wasn’t the person who took my order. The girl who took my order was clearly stoned. They said they’re now closed and can’t help me. I then asked for a refund but she was hesitant and wouldn’t give me a receipt nor any confirmation. So i never got to actually try anything but my friends were uncomfortable they ended up not wanting theirs either. I had worked in customer service and if I was the employee I would just make the shake, apologize for the inconvenience and everybody would be happy. I hope I get my refund. This place is amazing! My sister got me hooked! They have so many different flavors, and they have a bunch of different options such as smoothies, iced coffee, and they even have party packs so when you are having a birthday party or fourth of July celebration, you can buy a party pack with comes with everything you need to make your own Bahama Buck's shaved ice! I thought that was really neat! And to top it all off they have snowballs actual snowballs you can buy for a party or just to have fun! You can get a pack of 25 or a pack of 60 that comes in a special cooler. I really thought that was in need idea! Also the staff is incredibly friendly! I love this small touches of the little umbrella and the color changing spoon. On the sizes and pricing are amazing! I get a small one and I cannot even finish that one. I also love that you can add cream or ice cream to your order. All I know I really love this place and it's perfect for summer to cool you down! I usually opt for the tiger's blood, but my husband tried the passion fruit and it was delicious! It's definitely not like any other shaved ice or snow cone places.
