Burger King — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I placed a mobile order, thinking that by the time I got to the restaurant,my order would be ready. I went to the drive thru there were two cars in the first drive thru Lane and no one in the second,so I went to the second lane because in the other lane the first had yet to order...5mins later after waiting for someone to come on the speaker& honking I decided to just pull up to the window. They never apologized and ended up serving 4 other vehicles, told me to pull up& wait cause they had to remake my order, 5 mins later I got our food. This my second unpleasant visit within a month &I've decided I will never come back regardless of how close it is to my home. Horrible service😠 The end *Update- well we returned, the kids were starving and want Bk so we decided to give it another try... Mobile app wouldn't work for half of the items we wanted to order so we went I side. The manager working was a total scatter brains, she couldn't focus on one order. After paying for my order and waiting about 10mins the manager said to me "oh wait, we're unable to make whoppers at this time" so I had to change my order completely w/out getting compensation for less food and paying what I did. After being there 45 mins we finally got our food. Half of the fries were cold when we got home because they were sitting in that bag for 30mins while they prepared the sandwiches.

I always come to this location and I always get a Oreo shake with extra Oreos I come here so much just for that one item you would know who I am. I wish I knew this mans name because he always has a great attitude and is an awesome employee however I stopped coming here for a little bit and kinda missed the place but now they went down hill big time. Today I came in at the time I usually come at lights were on and on the website it says you guys don’t close until 12am I was at the drive thru for 5 minutes and nobody came to the phone so I had to pull up to the window just incase there was a lady who was sweeping and I assumed since she was sweeping they were closed but I just wanted to ask her to make sure she ignored me while I was trying to get her attention and has bad attitude finally someone came to the window and I asked if they were closed and he said yeah all that worker had to do is say we were close if you guys close at a earlier time than you usually do and especially then what it says on the website then just communicate that or have your lights off if you are closed. never coming back here for a while but the guy that’s been helping me and has been very nice to me this is for you!!!! I don’t know his name but he was black African American and he has small dreads with blond tips or just black dreads I believe...

I would like to say that this Burger King in particular I feel personally is one of the best in Albuquerque. Next to Alameda spot, definitely The freshest. So I ordered a Whopper Junior w/ swiss cheese, large frozen Coke, Double Whopper w/chz and a small fry and xtra tomato. It is nice using my Burger King app, a great app to be had. I've saved a lot of money on it and I recommend honestly that more people...plz do download it lolz Now my Double Whopper ended up missing its cheese and that makes me sad because how expensive amongst other food items have gotten; besides that when I say that the workers, the management, the facilities are always very clean.The management are always doing their part to give Superior Service. And GOOD SERVICE GUYS AND GIRLZ DOESNT NECESARRILY MEAN FREE... I'd have to say it's probably one of the best feelings on Earth to be able to bite into a triple Whopper with cheese and see steam rolling off the meat from your bite mark. Talk about satisfying my inner being. I know they will continue giving me exuberant service on more than one occasion. Sooooo missing some cheese on this day sounds like a minor concession to make. YOU KNOW, EVEN BABE RUTH...
