It used to be my favorite branch. When I take coupons with me as we are big family (6) they used to always take my coupons in one transaction or in separate transactions. Today I went with three coupons and two girls at the cashier standing there doing nothing as the place not busy as it used to be or at least when we go. I stood their for half a minute or more they didn’t even turned for me or greet me. Then they turned and said “hi how can I help you”. I told her I want to use these coupons for my purchase today. She said “I’m sorry but we can take only one coupon per visit”. I told her this is not how I used to here and the branch took all my coupons all the time, but she insisted and she said this is what the manager told her. I asked where is the manager so I can talk to him or her, and she said she is not her. I left angry and not happy because this is very new and I don’t know if she doesn’t want to work or she just want to be like that. Technically based on what is said on the coupon, I can use one coupon, leave to my car, put the food there, and get back and use the other coupon. Those are two separate visits and I used one coupon per visit. However, I was so angry and frustrated from their treatment that I didn’t want to spend more time there. I went to another branch and they took all the three coupons at once with a courtesy coka cola for my waiting and I was so happy. Don’t go there especially if you are a family. No wander that they are not busy at all and sitting doing nothing. A word for the manager, you would take the coupons any way because they are already there, but in your case another branch took them and they had the same revenue from it as a business with people loving them and you get nothing. Piece of advice, when someone in the store they are here to buy not to ask for free food from you, so you better get what they want or you lose them from you business forever and they are families that speak to...
Read moreI've been coming here for quite some time. Today (6-12-24), I made an online order at 5:52 p.m. I arrived at 6:00 p.m. I spoke with Ashley, who told me to pull forward, which I did. I ended up waiting there for about 10 minutes before going inside. I saw another girl at the counter, whose name I didn't get. She had no idea about my order and hadn't been told about it.
She then gave me my bag of food. Once I parked, I noticed that the fries were really soggy and the burger was poorly assembled and cold. This really frustrated me. I had worked a 16-hour day and was tired and just wanted something good to eat. I went back and asked if I could have my money back. I spoke with Ashley again. She told me there was no way to give any money back for online orders. I asked how I could go about this. She stated that she did not know.
I then grabbed the manager's card. Then she said that she would give me a credit if I put my name on a piece of printer paper. I thought that was unprofessional and intrusive. This was frustrating. She said “they are Waffle fries.. is that ok?’ I said sure that’s fine. Then I pull up to the window where she already has my bag ready when I drive up, she charges my card gives me my bag and closes the window. I move up to check my order and there is no “waffle fries” and no receipt. I pull around and drive up to the window and ask for my “waffle fries” Diana looks at me and says that will be 4.29. I didn’t have my receipt so I asked .. you didn’t charge me for them?! She said no. Now why would she not charge me for fries that we just had a conversation about being “waffle fries” and only charge me for my hamburger's?? This is the kind of STUPID you can’t make up.
