Dion's Pizza — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches and a pizza for pickup,waiting in drive thru line which put me past my pick up time by 10 minutes. When I got to the window,my pizza was ready but I was told I needed to park and wait for my sandwiches. Waited approximately 10 minutes in the parking lot and noticed 9 cars get their orders and leave. I finally walked in to ask about my order and the guy at the counter seemed lost. He went back to the assembly line to ask someone about my order and they were just finishing it up. By the time I left with my sandwiches it had been 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time for my order. I don't understand how placing an online order can take over an hour when the pizza was ready when I got there. I think they either forgot about the sandwiches or gave them to another customer and had to scramble to make mine. Very inconvenient when I was on time constraints and thought a scheduled pickup time would have been the easiest thing to accomplish on a Thursday night!!!! Love Dion's but might be avoiding this location in the future. Employees never offered an apology, discount or even a free brownie or cookie for delay. Once home the food was delicious as always and cooked to order but service was so poor it left a sour taste...

Whoever is in your kitchen making the pizzas at 440 pm did an absolutely phenomenal job! These pizzas had a unique new style. I'm used to the thick under cooked/sliding off cheese and toppings and Dion's traditional taste. But the pizzas were just the right thickness, perfectly greasy all the way through, beautifully cooked cheese and crust. Each ingredient was exuding flavor. The sun dried tomatoes exploded with each bite I could taste the sunny and humid Italian afternoon. The spinach and feta cheese on the thin crust pesto made it's presence known. Bold feta taste and provolone prominence this pizza was packed with flavor and texture. I have eaten at Dion's more than a few dozen times in my life almost hundreds, and of all the pizza I've had, these three pizzas were by the most amazing tasting. I might even venture to say these pizzas might be the best i have had from any company anywhere. For some reason these pizzas today had a little bit of a zbarro emulation, mixed with classic Dion's taste made of super fresh and flavor packed...

Dion's clearly needs to improve the parking. I had lunch with a friend of mine on Sunday and my goodness the parking lot is so confusing you are what you are thinking you are going around the building and before you know it you run right into a one way coming from the drive up window no signs posted to warn you that you are headed for a front line collision with the cars so you are forced to back up in a very tight parking lot meanwhile running into cars that are thinking the same way you are. The service was horrible my friend and I only ordered a slice of pizza 15 minutes went by they didn't call our name after 20 minutes we walk up to the food desk and there sits our two slices of pizza my goodness with all of the employees that were working one would think one of them would of called our name, instead they just passed by the two slices of pizza we picked it up ourselves and it was so cold was too upset to complain and honestly I don't think it would have mattered they simply do not give good customer service.
