My comments probably won't register with the majority of consumers, so just consider them hopefully to be useful for those of us who daily need to balance the delight of tasting well-prepared dishes as against managing our budgets.

The sandwiches served here are unquestionably more interesting and more tasty than those served at the national franchises who focus on a similar menu. When new items are added, they are always worth a try and always provide a flavor experience that shows the master chef of this enterprise is exactly that - a master.

The personnel are well trained and deliver the product in a clean environment generally nicer than that of the competition.

Those positive attributes stated, I find that the cost per unit of weight of the sandwiches, beverages and sides about 10% higher. Consequently I have to reduce the frequency of my visits in order to stay within my budget. This is not a negative review, it is just an honest statement which may or may not cause the reader who is not presently a customer to give it a try in order to gain his own cost /...

๐Ÿ”ฅ Firehouse Subs ๐Ÿ”ฅ yummy

The Hook & Ladder sub is hands-down one of the best sandwiches on the Firehouse Subs menu. Piled high with smoked turkey breast and Virginia honey ham, this sub hits the perfect balance between savory and sweet. The meat is always fresh and juicy, and the melted Monterey Jack cheese ties it all together perfectly. What really sets it off is the toasted sub roll โ€” warm, soft on the inside with just a slight crisp โ€” and the fully involved toppings (mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle on the side) add that satisfying crunch and freshness.

Itโ€™s hearty enough to be filling without feeling too heavy, and it tastes like something made with care, not just slapped together. Whether you grab a medium or go big with a large, youโ€™ll get a generous portion that makes it worth every penny. Itโ€™s become my go-to order at Firehouse with flavorful, consistent, and just the right amount of indulgence.

Bonus: knowing that every purchase helps support first responders through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation makes it taste...

Updated review for our 28 May experience: we arrived before 1800 to dine-in; the service was still wonderful, the food is still delicious, and the restaurant is still clean. We've been here several times since I first reviewed, but always for pick-up.

Included photo is my Turkey Bacon Ranch (with added banana peppers, salt, pepper, and oregano) - what a sub! It was made so well and tasted amazing. My son enjoyed his Steak and Cheese, and my significant other enjoyed the BBQ Cuban (with added bacon).

We're loyal Firehouse customers, and love this location so much!

Original review (over a year ago): Parking is a pain, but it's SO WORTH IT to come to this location. I've been twice so far; both times, the employees were friendly and efficient, and the food was beyond delicious and made to order.

I'll definitely be back, 'cause they have the best subs ever! I refuse to go to any other location, even when I'm not in the area. Keep on...

I usually visit this Firehouse Subs location about 2 or 3 times monthly. The Staff greets you with a robust "Welcome to Firehouse!" when you enter. This visit was only for two 'bowl-sized' orders of Firehouse Chili. Normally, the 'bowl-size' is JUST THAT! A FULL BOWL-SIZED carryout container of Firehouse Chili. THESE bowls were just over HALF FULL!๐Ÿคจ Of course, customers won't realize this until they've 'left the building'! I wonder if on THIS DAY they were trying to 'stretch' a limited supply of their Firehouse Chili at their customers' expense? Imagine the surprised look on my face when I got home and opened those not very 'bowl-sized' BOWLS of Firehouse Chili!๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜– Not very impressed after this visit to the Firehouse Subs, 3707 Ellison Dr. NW, Suite #1 in Albuquerque (NM). You all should do MUCH better than THIS!๐Ÿ‘Ž

We went in to our firehouse subs Monday at lunch rush. It was pretty crowded, but Alyssa took our order and was very courteous in answering all our questions. In a very short time, our subs came out to our table. They were hot and fresh-the bread was so soft and yummy!! We both had the meal deal with a medium MD steamer sub. It was basically a Reuben sandwich without the sauerkraut, but with all the flavor! You can't beat 2 medium hot subs, both with chips and medium drinks for under $20 total! We watched as staff would come out quickly and efficiently to clear a table and get it ready for the next guest. It was very efficient! We plan on going back soon!! Great job!!
