The only reason i'm leaving any stars is because I have to otherwise they would get none. Horrible customer service from both management and non management workers. I went initially requesting a certain number of specific donuts and when I opened the box I was given more than what I initially requested. When I brought it to the person at the drive through he had an attitude and said I had to purchase 12 donuts, not less. He wouldn't correct his mistake nor apologize. To top it off I noticed on my credit card I was charged more than double for my donut order. When I brought it to the general managers attention the first time I went back the next day he said sometimes cards do that and for me to wait till it posted. When it did and it was the same amount and after speaking with my credit card company who told me it was not their doing I went back to get a refund. I was met with 'the general manager can't talk to you right now and asked if you can come back'?!? Wow!! She then took my # and he said he would call me back (never happened). When I went back the next day for a third time he left to make a delivery I was told and another female manager ended up reluctantly calling their I.T. and supposedly giving me the refund of what I purchased. It hasn't shown up yet and I have my doubts it will. Never in my life have I had this horrible of an experience with the many places I've been to. This Krispy Kreme location needs to get it together if they want a better reputation than the 3.8 stars they currently have. I personally won't ever be back to this one. Read moreUsually pretty upbeat and a great experience but today we walked in and had a mobile order. Half my family went to the labeled mobile pickup sign and half “myself and my son” went to the normal line.
There were 2 other people in the mobile pickup line. They were not acknowledged and there were enough employees in the front to see the customers standing there. The employees could have politely told the customers that there was only one line for both mobile and in store orders.
The two people were tired of waiting and got in line behind me in the main line. We offered to let them go ahead of us, but they said “no, that’s ok”.
When I got up to order the young man wasn’t friendly or upbeat. He was like let me get you what you want and move on attitude. I ordered my doughnuts and moved on.
The lady behind me went to tell him about her Mobile order and also asked him why the Mobile order area wasn’t being used. He replied “You have to wait in line with everyone else and not try to take cuts”. That was super rude to let her know in that voice. She apologized and it wasn’t her fault.
This young dirty blonde, 5”9-11”, Thin individual shouldn’t work the front if he is going to be the face that you see when you walk in. Very rude and not well with the customers.
This made my Father’s Day a little sad. But the doughnuts were delicious and I was happy to spend it...
Read moreGot 2 dozen donuts by walk in, and a mocha frappe and was assisted by Zyah I believe. David was backing her up pulling donuts off the line frantically trying to keep up with the crazy amounts of donuts. Zyah was helping drive through customers at the same time as she was helping me. Running back and forth getting change and answering the headset. She requested help from David to help answer the next drive through customer as he gladly hollered definitely! These two kids were on a roll!
And then seemingly very unexpected a young woman drags her feet out of what looked like a little office, she yawns and does a long belated stretch like she just woke up from a nap, and rubs her eyes. She walks around to where I was out waiting for my coffee, slides her headset across the counter and says, "put that away". Then hollers at Zyah, " You Need To Fill The Display Case Right Away! It's getting low!" She then simply leaves out to her car and starts cleaning trash out of the passenger seat. Then hops in and drives away. While I'm still there waiting for my frappe. Zyah apologizes for the wait which was only about 8 minutes and wishes me a wonderful day. My frappe was delicious, my donuts were on point my customer service was excellent. But didn't seem like management could give a care less about their hard working honest employees.
