Without a doubt the most horrible service I've ever recieved, every single part of our party was 30+minutes late (out of our 2 hour party) they did not give us any additional time at the table. We ordered food that never came, then after we told them we no longer wanted it they gave us something we never even ordered. We also never recieved the goodie bags and had to ask about them, and they said they were out and would give us tickets. Every time we had an issue the manager was rude and would talk over me refusing to hear what I was saying. For a more in depth description, feel free to look below.
We decided to go here for our sons birthday party, we bought the highest party package available, and we were very excited because it seemed like a great deal. They gave us a whole sheet that told us exactly when and how everything was supposed to work. Within about 20 minutes of our arrival we started noticing issues. It started ok, but at the 45 minute mark everything started falling apart. We ordered wings which cost $35, and never arrived, and we never had our cake delivered and the birthday show that was all scheduled to start after 45 minutes never came. We were supposed to get cake, dip n dots, and goodie bags. At the 1 hour mark I went to ask what was going on, and we were told we never ordered wings, and that they had more parties then usual and they were running late. They never told us anything about this, and we only had 2 hours at the table. They also said that they had no hoodie bags. They finally started the birthday show about 30 minutes late, and we were the only table not to get our cake. It also took another 15 minutes for the dip n dots to come out. During all of this they also dropped off the wings they said we didn't order and we told them we didn't want, and it was not even the right kind. When we told them we didn't order them they just dropped them on the table and left. We then had to go hunt down someone to let us do the ticket blaster at about the 1 hour 45 minutes mark, this was supposed to be done at the 1 hour mark. They then came and started clearing our table with no warning taking one of our souvenir cups off the table. They told us they would give us a warning close to the end of the 2 hours, but it never came. I went to talk to the manager about this twice and both times he talked over me, and said they had more parties then usual, and wouldn't even listen to the issues I was having. I understand that issues will come up, but the fact that there was 0 communication, and whenever we mentioned a problem we were interrupted and the manager was extremely rude. It was like he was mad that we wanted the things we paid for to happen at the times they told us they would happen. It felt very unprofessional and ended up being what felt like a total waste of money. I then asked for a number of someone I could talk to that would actually listen and got a 888 number that isn't open over the weekend. No one gave me an answer and they proceeded to ignore me. I kept asking and the girl behind the counter said they were just boxing it up. Several minutes went by and I asked again. She then said it will be 20 more minutes. I waited. 30 minutes went by. I went to the counter and asked again. She and the manager would not even make eye contact with me and proceeded to ignore me. I kept asking, trying to be polite but they were making it very difficult for me. The manager then said it would be 25 minutes. I told him that I had been told 20 minutes over half an hour ago. So I waited, again. I texted my customer to let him know the reason for the delay. I waited the 25 minutes and went back to the counter to ask about the order again. Again I was ignored. I finally got the manager to acknowledge my presence and he said the order will take a while longer. I told him this was unacceptable. I had been told 20 minutes, then I had been told 25 minutes. It has been an hour now. He said that it wasn't his fault and that he has no idea when the order will come out. I told him if that was the case then he and his staff shouldn't have lied to me in promising 20 and 25 minutes if they had no idea. He said that it was not a lie. I told him that giving me a time when they had no idea how long it would really take was not only a lie but blatantly disrespectful of my time. I also told him that he shouldn't make promises he knows that he cannot keep. He said fine, then in that case your order will now take another two hours and I should just shut up and go sit down and wait. As he turned he uttered a cursing expletive name at me. I asked him what he had said. He said nothing. I contacted Door Dash to reassign the order as it was not going to be ready any time soon and left. I have never been treated so rudely by a restaurant employee in my life. And I certainly did not expect that kind of attitude or foul language from a manager of a place that caters to children. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst place to have a birthday party. They charge you so much for service that is awful. I had a birthday party here and paid over $300 for the mega fun package. They didn't give me all I paid for and they did not include everything the birthday package had. When I asked about why I didn't get everything the package came with the manager who's name is Ruben was very rude and replied with "I'm sorry we were really busy that day" He took no accountability and pretty much refused to make it right. Being that they charge so much the service should be a lot better and they shouldn't be so rude and inconsiderate. The manager Ruben is miserable and hates his job. He should not be working around children being that he is so mad and irritated at everything. He refused to make it right and hung up on me when I called them to ask about why I never got what I paid for. I called back and he would hang up over and over so I never got what I paid for in the package for the birthday. He was yelling at me and I recorded the call because of how aggravated he was in the beginning of the call. I will never have a party here again and I recommend no one does. They charge so much for nothing. My host basically pushed my party aside because of how confused she was and how there was so much going on. All the manager said automatically was "what do you want me to do? I can't refund you" even though I never once asked for a refund I just asked why I didn't get everything I paid for. He automatically assumed I wanted a refund because he is used to that being that the service is so awful. I noticed no one here has a good thing to say after throwing a birthday party. I just wish I would of known better....
