I purchased an electric reclining sectional sofa from Legacy back in the end of September 2024, in early October I had to contact Legacy due to some difficulties I was having with the sectional. 2 nice gentleman showed up and inspected the couch and was told that they needed to be re stuffed?! Half of the sectional was taken and brought back a few days later. This year I had to file a claim on the couches due to electrical issues or what they had thought that is what it was, it turned out to be that the sectional frame was cracked which had to happen in their storage or their care as no one sits on that side of the sectional. A very nice man by the name of Jose came out to evaluate the situation and he stated that it was going to be the mechanism for the recliner which it actually was not. He did not find that out until he came to do the actual repair of the cracked frame. Jose is an older man, he was sent out by himself with no help whatsoever! I had to help Jose take the sectional completely apart and also place it back together! The same side of the sectional but the back part of the cushion was busted open which was also noted upon claim, I was told that the sectional is purchased had been discontinued and there were no parts available to fix that, I was instead offered for Jose to completely sew shut the cushion which felt like I had no choice but to agree! The cushion was in fact not sewn shut and is still busted open! It has been one thing after another and I am super disappointed in the purchase I made. The delivery instructions were to put the furniture in the master bedroom of the house. The time of delivery the couch was delivered nobody was there to receive it. They called me but made no attempt to locate it into the bedroom instead left it in the living room although weāre instructed to leave it in the bedroom. They have a strict no return policy at this store. After speaking to all the managers nobody was willing to make this right. The only solution for them should have been to take the furniture back because the furniture should have been also measured to fit through the master bedroom door by the delivery personnel. She was willing to except paying for delivery costs back to the store. The couch is beautiful but will not fit through the door way. We made them aware of it not properly fitting through the doorway and because of this we wanted a refund. She loves the couch and would keep it If it fit. It did not fit in this circumstance the furniture store should have made an attempt to Fit in that room like was instructed to do so. She made an attempt to return the furniture the very day it was delivered and went to the store with her friend as well as me. Many phone calls were made but they will not take the furniture back even under this circumstance. We bought a bed set and a couch that can be purchased at any furniture store. After we signed on the dotted line, we were treated completely differently when we walked into the store. The color is completely different from the catalog they ordered from. They forgot the box springs when they delivered our bed. My husband had to call to see when one was going to be delivered. He mentioned to Nick that the color was way darker than the Catalogue. Nick instantly became defensive. We have not heard a peep from him since that conversation. My husband never said that we were going to return it, just stating a fact. When we did receive the boxsprings, one had a big tear in it.
