This is my absolute FAVORITE place. Their California Harvest Market salad is my favorite salad in the entire city. I’m vegetarian so I eat a lot of salads and this one is my go-to every single time. All the ingredients are fresh and the dressing is light enough that it doesn’t over power the salad but heavy enough that you don’t feel it’s missing. I also love the Penne Pasta. Located inside of Tin Can Alley is one of my favorite restaurants in town. The chef is a wonderful kind, generous person. He greets my husband like a long-lost friend. The food is impeccable, loaded with flavor, and beautifully placed on the plate with skill and care. If you haven't eaten here, you are seriously missing out. We stopped at Tin Can Alley for a beer from Santa Fe Brewing as a break from Christmas shopping. I Was hungry for something healthy after all of my heavy, holiday eating. I ordered the Shawarma warm, whole-grain bowl. It was absolutely fabulous! The seasoning was on point, and absolutely perfect. The chicken was tender, and the portion was much bigger than I expected. I could not finish it, so two thumbs up on value as well. The service was also excellent....
