Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Albuquerque

There were several things that took place on this visit. First as I came to the drive-thru to place my order the monitor was not working, and has been this way for quite some time. I ordered a breakfast combo, and the employee was pleasant enough. I received my coffee and was asked to pull around front into a parking spot in my order would be brought to me. I don't normally have a problem with this, however not only was I asked to pull around front but also the four cars that were behind me. I waited about 20 minutes for my order to be brought out to me. It took so long that the young lady forgot which car was going to receive which order. Also by the time I did receive my food along with the condiments for my coffee, the coffee was cold. Normally I would not leave such a negative, but I think that if there was some problem in preparing the food or if they were not ready for business, the customer should have been informed of this and not be asked to wait for such a long period of time. And while the food is normally good, I cannot give it a positive review because it took so long to receive it. We go here all the time usually through the drive thru but this time we had company with us so we decided to go in and get it to go. The lady running the register was so rude, she had glitter all over her face and her fake eyelashes were falling off. Having worked in the food industry I know you can't wear that kind of stuff in the kitchen, which she kept going into. When we walked in we got the dirtiest looks, after she took our order she had no change in the drawer, we had to wait five minutes for change. While we were waiting for our food at least 5 cars went through the drive thru, 20 mins passed and a young gentlement showed up for work. Asked if our order had been taken and got us all set to go. If he had not showed up I don't know how long it would have taken to get our food. Thankful we didn't have to deal with the first cashier anymore. Our companies order took about 30 minutes s because they ordered a shake but no one turned the machine on to make it. That young gentlemen was polite and made it up for them so thank you to him, but I would not recommend...

Ordered a bunch of dessert items and a single burger through drive though. Was told they had no ice cream. I asked for double cheese cakes instead of ice cream. Was told they didn't have any cheese cakes, even though i already ordered one and the cashier added it to the menu box. I said fine, three chocolate cakes. Was told they didn't have any chocolate cake, again even though i already ordered one. So they didn't have any desserts at all, not a single dessert item available at the moment. So i completely changed my order to two meals and no desserts. I get my order and it's a single fry, a burger, not even the one i ordered, and a single cheese cake. I drive around, park, go inside and all the employees are laughing their behinds off. Not a single one would walk over to the counter and help me. I stood there for three minutes asking to speak to a manager because i paid for food i didn't get, everyone kept saying just a moment. Worst experience ever, even for jack...
