Little Caesars new to the area!
A disappointment to say the least!!!
Apparently here isn't any experienced management on board!
I just spent 20 minutes waiting at the drive up window just to place my order!
The parking lot is full or what must be staffed employees doing anything other than working because there is only one person in the reception area and he's there because two of the employees were outside with him looking at his engine in the parking lot rather than inside to take our orders and prepare our pizzas?
What a joke! While waiting another employee didn't watch the trash can he was taking out the back door and that almost got dropped on my vehicle!!
Friend zone this place because if you are a friend of the staff your obviously welcome to hang out and chill!
No one apparently running this place to deliver a responsible experience that would be worthy of giving it even one star of a review!!
Don't bother coming! If you already have a location you go to get your pizzas I would suggest maintaining that habit another year before this place gets it together!!! I guarantee I will wait almost an hour for a pizza here in the parking lot added my time waiting to place the order!?

Read moreOn 4/22/22 I placed an online order when arriving to pick up my order the power was out. I was told that my order did not come thru I then showed my receipt with the complete order and ask if they could just write it down and make the order when the power was up and they said no and that I could get a refund when the power was up. I then replaced my order on the Eubank store and went and got my order. On 4/27/22 I returned to the store for my refund showed the receipt and told the rep that I was here to get my refund and was told that the manager would have to do it. I wrote the info down from the receipt and name/#. I received a call from the manager about 135pm and she stated that they couldn't find the order in there system. Then she stated that the power was not out that day. I stated that the power was out on that day and I was there in the lobby then she stated she will handle it then hung up on me. How unprofessional. I then called corporate to take care of my refund. Read moreHonestly this place deserves ZERO stars. Waited in the store for 10 plus minutes, watched the employee take other customers orders without even acknowledging me. During this time she was delivering other orders outside never engaged nor make any eye contact with me. I had to just about yell to the staff in back to ask if I may place an order. After three attempts antoher employee said I needed to wait as there were orders ahead of me . The satff was not concerned after I stated I had already been waiting several minutes to eve place an order.. I left and went elsewhere that was just as busy but more God damn welcoming than any employee you have.. I've never been treated so horribly.. I will definitely spread the word about your service to anyone and everyone!
This will be fun to hear your excuses IF YOU even respond.. please come up with something better than your short staffed. Kinda funny is that your posts identify many problems which you could care less to change. Perhaps your corporate offices would like to hear about your poor...
