A party of 4, just basic food $52.35!! Yikes not a value Family deli any more.

The disguntled lady food runner, was either angry, very sad or just rude...she put the food on the table, period, no pleasantries or salutations. One soup was not brought out at all, plus no utensils and zero napkins. We asked the busser, Sargento, for assistance and he went, got the soup, nicely and pleasantly ask if there was anything else we needed. Then he noticed we did not have untensils...so he went back and got complete services for each of us. He was so very courteous. SARGENTO needs a promotion & a pay raise!!

The Mac & Cheese was gross, it was not even as good as the boxed Kraft Mac & Cheese, thick glue odd tasting, too fake orange cheese, it was not at all tasty. I tasted it myself, it was nasty.

The Lighter New York Yankee was cold, rather the swiss cheese had only been heated enough to make it hard when cooled off. The slice of cheese was literally tough rubber sitting loosely on the meat. With no dressing, No Pickle and hard cheese the sandwich platter was not as anticipated.

Neither MgrSpc came with Kettle Chips or Pickles....plain bottom of the bag chips and no pickles.

I won't even rant about the awful change of soft ice cream...what they serve is possibly a wanna be egg based ice cream??? But it was just awful. I cannot write these issues off as 'pandemic' problems. Just sub-par service...

I have never been to Jason's Deli before but have had the pleasure of experiencing their food. So I thought on a cold day 03/24/2024 to be exact at 3:55 pm. I'd stop in person to get a late lunch, while the weather was cold, I'd dine it. I felt as though my questions, were bothering the staff there. Almost as though, they are not used to newcomers, or have the patience for something out of routine. After responding to this behavior, by explaining it was my first times, giving an apology I felt a silent obligation towards, they even responded "It's ok." Perplexed, but hungry I ordered the Manger's meal which is exquisite in everyway, with the side salad add on and a cookie for $19.44. The salad attendant, working at 4 pm, was completely intrusive. She watched every dish, I took from. Cleaned behind me, in front of me and then the last straw. When she stood directly in front of me as though the top is not, glass. Watching me look at salad dressing, so I froze and when she peered up, we made eye contact. I held it too, so I could create empathy for the awkward environment, she created for me. Spending my hard earned cash, and just trying to eat. The food is impeccable but Be careful not to look to average, because they don't have fairness or equality in customer service. Disappointed, Office you her name but she had no name tag, but orange shirt. I'll spend my money wiser,...

Came in yesterday for an evening summer lunch. The Jason's Deli location at the Louisiana business center is hard to miss as you drive by. The restaurant is certainly enormous and seating is more than plenty. Apart from the size, you'll also be pleased to observe the cleanliness of the deli. Tables are always wiped, the salad bar is well maintained, and the deli area is pristine. As for me, I ordered the Big E's Deli Burger with a side of chips and regular drink. The sandwich itself was decently portioned. However, it failed to meet the standard I remember from previous visits form both this location and its North West counterpart near Corrales. It almost appeared to have been assembled without any real care. The meat is usually packed very tightly resulting in a very savory taste and texture. On this occasion, the contrary was true, it was dry and loosely tossed together. Nonetheless, it vanquished my evening craving and I won't let deter me from returning in the future. Complementary ice cream is also a cleaver way to reassure yourself that customers will be drawn back to your eating establishment. In all, not my best experience at Jason's, but it's certainly still worth the consideration if you're in the...

I often travel and when I do I look for a spot to get a Reuben sandwich. My cousin, who lives here, recommended Jason's to me. The dinning room is spacious and there are plenty of tables to accommodate groups of all sizes. Booths line the walls and are big enough for four people or you can sit at a smaller booth for two for a more intimate dining experience. The interior is modern and looks brand new. Everything is clean and neat. The food was hot and fresh. The Reuben sandwich was up to par and measured up to the standards i have set for a Reuben. Free soft serve ice cream for desert! Good food. Good dining experience. I should also mention the prices are very reasonable compared to the price of other Reuben sandwiches I've had in the past at other restaurants.
