My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry in Albuquerque today! Tonya and Michael were our sales professionals and gave us the red carpet! We first looked at Rolex watches, tried on the ones I was interested in, and learned all the features and functions of these high quality watches. Michael took the time to resize my bracelet on my Datejust 41 to make it fit perfect. We had our interest registered on a date Submariner and GMT II and look forward to coming back when they arrive. Next they helped my wife pick out a beautiful diamond ring for our 20th wedding anniversary. They spent plenty of time showing a nice selection and helping make sure it was configured and fit perfectly. Travis was our Jeweler who set the ring and did a wonderful job! What can I say other than Wow... I have been looking for my first Rolex for a while and I’m so glad I picked Lee Michaels for the experience. Antonette and Tonya were so very helpful and always treated me with respect. First time I came in was after a long day of work and after the gym and was in a old T-shirt and jeans - they treated me as if I was in a 3 piece suit. They helped me choose the model I wanted and took quite a lot of time going through their catalog to make sure I was making the perfect purchase. They always answered my calls and emails checking on their stock and never even hinted that I was bother them (although I’m pretty sure I was being a pest 😬). When the day came that my perfect watch came in, they spent probably 2 hours going through the fitting, and features of the watch and how the warranty and services worked and much more. Antonette removed the perfect amount of links and made sure the watch fit as if it was made just for me. I had such a great experience that It is making me look at the next model for my collection.
