I am avoiding this store from now on. My experience switching from Verizon to T Mobile has been a nightmare. It's taken half a dozen calls to online T Mobile support to fix what this store messed up.
My new watch lines were having esim issues because the store tied them to the wrong numbers. Our new phones wouldn't work because their lines were suspended for some reason. Took 3 hours one night on phone support to solve.
For our trade in device all the information from T Mobile stated to bring the phone into the store within 30 says, however the store employees failed to mention you can't bring it into the store at all and have to ship it out yourself.
The employee at this store set us up for autopay but failed to mention that discounted rates don't apply to credit card auto pay. My first bills were inflated and cost more than we were promised until we were able to make the correction.
They don't tell you that there are a ton of hoops to receive the virtual mastercard rebates for changing providers. Once our rebates were approved, there is a website to redeem the cards, which doesn't work. Now I have to call a number to try to get my rebates. I wouldn't ever have received them if I didn't call 611 to ask about how the heck to get my rebate cards.
The employees closed the store 10 minutes early when I stopped by to resolve issues on my way home from work. The doors were locked and gates up, and the next morning the employee lied to me stating they were there and that they definitely didn't close before closing time. I have proof that I arrived within their operating hours.
Overall this store gave a first impression of amazing deals and customer service, which quickly faded to incompetency and rudeness by the time they made...

The first girl seemed to have no knowledge of what she was doing and had to talk to other members to get an answer for us. She then informed us that we could not put a nano SIM card in the Pixel it needed a "special" SIM card in order for it to work. We asked if we could find the "specific SIM card" for this device anywhere else, she said no one has a sim card for that device. We replied okay, thanked her and left. Shortly after we called Sprint Tech support and they informed us that we didn't needed a "special SIM card" for the Google Pixel. We retrieved a nano SIM card from an old phone and put it in the Google Pixel. While waiting for a call back from Sprint Tech support we figured we could see if the Sprint store would be able to simply, transfer the number from the old phone to the new one. As soon as we walked in we were approached by a different girl who immediately told us she "can guarantee the SIM card wasn't going to work in the phone. Because there was no LTE on the top of the phone." We thanked her and figured we'd just try. Afterwards we called Tech support again and they walked us through the whole thing without a problem. I think his name was Salazar or something along those lines. He came across as a pushy and unhelpful person. He switched my mother in laws plan without getting her approval and was then asked to switch it back which he did. We then were asking questions about the best way to deal with her upgrade without going to a higher plan in which he did not help. When we were asking him to go in detail about the plans and if they made since with the way she keeps her phone longer than normal he said he cannot help and to contact billing. We tried multiple times to get some answers but by that time he had already shut down and was being short and rude. We went to Apple and they helped us immensely and we got her upgraded with the best plan for her. I would suggest more training for these employees as they seem to be pretty ignorant to their products and maybe to clean the inside of the store as it was dirty and smelled.
