We have been here twice so far in the past month!! The sorbet is so creamy, rich, and flavorful that I couldn't believe I was eating the sorbet instead of the gelato. My husband has tasted the gelato, and can confirm that it is equally as delicious! The staff is super polite and very helpful - and when I couldn't decide what I wanted the first time, the recommendation was perfect. I've gotten mango, strawberry, blackberry and raspberry so far and I just keep wanting more... and they've been great about making sure that the pint or quart we've brought home with us is packed tightly and so full that there isn't room for even a sprinkle to fit! XD which I'm very grateful for. The displays are absolutely gorgeous, they look unreal! The decorations only serve to make me want to taste everything, it's all just so appealing. This last time we went, there was a lavender gelato that I wanted to taste SO badly as soon as I saw it. Seating indoors is a little limited, but there's great places to sit just outside, which is where you really want to be while enjoying your frozen treat :) Very chill atmosphere inside and out! For Covid, they have several barriers and other measures in place to make sure you can safely get your gelato or sorbet, and there are also the floor stickers if you need help keeping distance while you order. The in and out doors are set up to let you naturally pass through without roadblocks, which seems to work quite well. Very ADA accessible. We will definitely be returning as soon as we finish the limoncello and blackberry combo we brought home. This is our new favorite dessert place, and we will be back as soon and often as we can!

Very tasty gelato. Prices were what I was expecting and gelato was nice and creamy. I’ve tried a few ice cream places in ABQ and I kept getting freezer burnt ice cream, so I am excited to add this to my rotation for fresh gelato with great flavors. I tried the salted caramel and dark chocolate gelato as samples. They currently only allow 2 samples which I thought was weird because of all the flavors they had. There were at least 3 different chocolate flavors and 2 different caramel flavors and some of the gelato has texture to it which I like to try before getting because generally I don’t want to eat my gelato. I ended up getting the Alpen caramel hoping the lady described it well enough that it is “not as sweet as the salted caramel”. I didn’t want something as sweet as the salted caramel and it worked out. She said they only allow “2 samples at this time” so I can’t wait for the time where they allow more samples, even if there is still a limit, I think 2 is too limited especially for what they are offering. My husband got a mango champagne sorbet, which had soft pieces of mango in it. He also tried the raspberry which had bits of seeds in it which was not a nice texture for him. The staff wore gloves and for me it makes it more apparent when they either don’t switch gloves or wash their hands when they should. Ie if you cough near your wrist or hand, wash your hands and switch the gloves. I’d rather wait for someone to wash their hands than watch someone try to shrug it off.

As you can see, the first pictures included on this review was the cake I received just a few days ago. The last 3 pictures was the cake I had received 3 years ago for my birthday. Stark differences in quality and representation from this company. If the customer is spending good money, for a cake that was ordered on Wednesday for a Saturday pickup, the fact that I waited 2 hours past the expected pickup time on my birthday should be noted. They stated that the cake was being finished and should be ready by 1215 instead the initial 1130 pickup time, but that progressively got longer. They offered a free gelato as consolation and apologized for the inconvenience. If they had provided a high quality item that would have been the end of it. Though, as you can see, they did the exact opposite. They stated that I should stick it in the freezer as soon as I got home. I placed my cake in a insulated thermal bag and even with that precaution was met with this result after my 45 minute drive home. Now the cake 3 years ago was also driven directly home and placed in the freezer with 2 different outcomes. I cannot, wholeheartedly, recommend using this establishment for specialized cakes that should be held at a higher standard than a place like cold stone or a regular grocery store. Especially when the product I received was lack luster and did not showcase a finished quality.

My girlfriend had gift cards so we went to so we wanted to go to Nob Hill because it’s close to my house and will be giving it but they told us they didn’t take it for us so we piled on things into the car and made the trek across town to the uptown location once we got there after we gave our gift cards to the lady behind the counter and I proceeded to try to further my agenda with my girlfriend at the time after about 15 minutes though the lady still have not been able to tell us how much is on my cards so she said that she could take care of it when we ordered our gelato so we ordered our stuff and prepared to pay is that time that she informed us that because she had said Would work did not. Luckily I always give a little extra cash in my pocket just in case my baby needs that something nice. So even though our cards were not excepted I was able to pick the young lady informed us that she would like the owner or manager know the problem and took my gift cards with our name and information

At this point in the story things take a dark turn..... We never heard back that are the lotto cards I don’t even know how much is on them you could’ve been thousands tens of thousands of dollars worth of gelato but I never know because we gave you our cards information and never heard back and there’s a hole in my life because When I wake up I want gelato when I go to sleep wish I had gelato when I go out my friends I tell them about how much I would enjoy having some gelato but I still haven’t got my gift cards back and so my life surprisingly void of gelato and meaning.... I can’t help but feel like I got a nice relationship would be stronger if we had more gelato really good I don’t make the world go around so basically it in the way that you could find out about what happened to our gift cards that would be awesome because then we get a bunch of lotto we can tell people how much we like your gelato we can tell people about your amazing customer service and your gelato....

Also I’m pretty sure my dog would like to eat some gelato if you can make a dog flavored pretty sure we get even more gelato right now, but I’m not getting any more gelato ......really what I want my life a...
