Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Worst Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. I walked in to pick up my call in order and the kid at the front counter was smiling and texting on his phone. I almost told him to continue texting cuz I didn't want to interrupt his conversation. I then told him I was picking up an order. He told me he could not find it and that I was probably confused and was thinking of another location. I then told him the phone number that I called and it was theirs and they finally found it. My wife went to Subway to get sandwiches and she got there 30 minutes before they closed but yet they were closed so they lost out on our business so then my wife goes to this Jersey Mike's location and my wife gets there 5 minutes before they close and they were already cleaned up and ready to close but they were nice enough to take our order, these guys are awesome these guys know what work means and how important it is to give good customer service. Employees were nice enough and polite but while watching them preparing our take out order my wife watched them spraying/wiping down the counter/food prep area while wearing gloves and then preparing out sandwiches without changing gloves.
