The parking lot and drive-thru at this location are extremely complicated. U-turns, etc. I pulled in ams figured it out...I placed my order, moved forward and picked up my cheeseburger. To get out, you need to move around the building and drive straight through. There are places along that very tight drive for people to wait for orders. I progress around the building hoping to make it out and come to a vehicle that is stopped. There is noone ahead. There os literally no room to go around (a car is in the designates "wait" space. I see that the whole rear end of the car is crushed and wonder to myself: has he broken down? What's he doing? So, I roll down my window seeing that their window is open, as well, and ask if they can't move on and allow me out. Next thing I know, this guy jumps out, screaming obscenities! There was a woman that was there before me that got her food after myself and several other customers. I felt for her and she was very patient but clearly unhappy.
The manager was bagging orders and helping as much as possible but really needs staff that can do this so she can manage the entire flow if the establishment and not get stuck on expo.
The gentleman helping her was giving away food and cups to guests because of mistakes and this could have been easily avoided not affecting food costs as much.
I wouldn't go here for...
