My experience of PF Chang's is a doozy and I won't be returning. I walk into the establishment with my mother, it's lunch there's no wait, they just opened it seems; we get seated it in a booth. Our waiter comes up and ask what we want to drink. He brings us our drinks and then we order the lunch specials. We both get the chang's spicy chicken her with fried rice me with lo mein. For starter we both chose egg drop soup. That is why to our surprise when we got our soup I was unfolding my napkin which contains silverware and found this fork with a literal COCKROACH 🪳 🤮 stuck to the fork. This means that not only a dishwasher saw it but whoever did the side work and anybody in between. The manager did come over after I had showed the fork to the food runner who brought our soups. She did compensate us our whole meal including the dessert which we were planning on ordering anyways. So the service was pretty good to your face. The only reason why I'm not giving the service five stars is because one of the waiters probably rolled up that fork, and that's no longer even just lazy but straight up despicable. We thought that was the end of our PF Chang's adventure; however to our dismay we've also received food poisoning. We ate there yesterday and ever since last night all the way through including now we have been getting sick through both ends.

I will say it's a memorable experience but not in a good way. In all honesty you'd have a much better chance in quality going somewhere else. Just because it is a chain restaurant doesn't mean it's good. This is my first and probably last time going to a PF Chang's. However it is DEFINITELY MY FIRST TIME SEEING A COCKROACH IN ANY RESTAURANT LET ALONE STUCK TO THE FORK.

P.S. they never even came back and gave me another fork, Good thing I like eating with chopsticks...

Well....every now and then you have to take one for the team. During a quick overnight stay at the Marriott across the street from this place, the wife wanted to get her go-to items, shrimp fried rice and the green beans appetizer....I shoulda went with that but noooo, I had to enquire as to which chicken dish had the most flavor so the "takeout" server recommended the Kung Pao chicken. I've been cooking for 45 years so I have a discerning palate and I cannot even begin to understand how in the hale (sic) they could serve a dish with those ingredients that tasted as bland as this did!! I never ever send food back but this I would have sent back immediately if we had dined in. Unfortunately we got it to go so by the time we sat down in the room to eat the place was already closed and I just decided to take the L. We're on a road trip, I was looking forward to something really good, and this was a letdown beyond all calculative ability! I'd have to use scientifically notated negative integers to quantity the level of disappointment. Oh well, in the grand scheme of the world sometimes you're gonna lose. This time my number was up. Oh well. 🤣

BTW, something I failed to mention by having been floored by the ultra-blandness of it all.... Had the chicken in the dish at least been somewhat moist I might have been able to at least cope with it to a degree. But the chicken was beyond dry and hard like it had been sitting and they just microwaved the hell out of it to warm it up. I, have no reason, to ever, visit another PF Chang's so long as I'm alive and at any point between now and the second coming. I...

One of the absolute WORST experiences I’ve ever had. I planned my birthday dinner here. All was set for a party of 20 for 6pm. They decided to force us to MOVE our reservation to 7pm. I wasn’t happy because we live far away and it was later than I liked but whatever. We get there, all 20 of us and we wait for over 45 minutes PAST our reservation time. So now it’s basically 8 pm we’re seated and we got the absolute worst service. Both servers were either new or just didn’t care or both. Our food was ordered in the worst possible order it could’ve been done in. Then we wait 30 minutes for drinks. Appetizers come out completely wrong. Half the tables food comes out. They try to talk us into why we got ā€œcommunalā€ rice when we all ordered rice and are on different tabs. My nice found plastic on her food (YES, actual plastic) my little sister’s food never came out til the VERY end. She ate while we were all already done. Then ALL of the tickets were wrong. Even though no one moved seats like they asked. It was well past 10pm before we were able to leave. All around TERRIBLE experience and the manager did NOT care. Maybe this place does well for small parties but DO NOT go here with a big party! My birthday dinner was pretty much ruined and PF Chang’s could careless that they had a HUGE part in ruining it! Save your money and time and just go somewhere else. I will never stop sharing how terrible this...

Exceptional Service and Cuisine at P.F. Chang's, Thanks to Jonathan N. My recent dining experience at P.F. Chang's was fantastic, thanks in large part to our outstanding server, Jonathan N. From the moment we sat down until the final bite of dessert, Jonathan ensured our evening was seamless and memorable. To start, the cocktails were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Jade Margarita and, specifically, the Espresso Martini to finish—it was truly one of the best I've had in town. We enjoyed an array of amazing food, beginning with one of our favorite appetizers: the Lettuce Wraps. The Orange Chicken entrĆ©e was phenomenal, cooked and flavored to perfection. The only minor hiccup was that the Pad Thai was unfortunately not up to its normal standards. However, this is where Jonathan truly shined. He handled the situation immediately and professionally, ensuring it was taken care of completely. We ended the meal with several desserts, and Jonathan's suggestion for the Banana Spring Rolls was by far the best choice—a perfect, sweet end to the meal. Jonathan N. was absolutely awesome to dine with. His attention to detail, professionalism, and prompt action on the Pad Thai issue elevated the entire experience. We will certainly be back, and we hope to have Jonathan as our server again!

Great place to have dinner with a big group! It’s one of the few places you can call ahead and get on the wait list. My family and I went here yesterday at 6:00, luckily we called and upon arrival we were seated within 10mins. Our server was great and very attentive since not everyone in the group arrived at the same time he made sure to be checking in on us as others arrived and take drink orders. The food was also very delicious. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai which was about $17. The plate was huge enough to hold at least 2 if not more servings. It had great flavor and was topped off with some thin lay sliced carrots, green onions, and cilantro! I also munched off of my husbands orange peel chicken at $15. Basically orange chicken but thinner strips of chicken and less batter but with the same citrusy crunchy flavor. I definitely recommend both these plates. I ordered a pomegranate lemonade but instead received a strawberry cucumber lemonade. It was so good and the same price I decided just to keep it. Only downside is that it had a ton of ice so really it was $4.50 for about 8-10oz of the actual drink. Great place to come eat though with wonderful service. Just be prepared to pay anything from $14+ for any main entre plate.
