My 1st time ordering online and going to this location. I've ordered my pizza there the same way for at least 17 yrs at various other locations. They messed up my order which was half special gourmet veggie/ half one topping pepperoni. 1st the young girl tells me it says ALL veggie as in the same on both sides. I specifically stated the order back. She said well I guess we can re make it. I said that would be great. Then she added pepperoni to both sides. I stopped her before there were more than 3 on the veggie side and she got mad. Then instead of completing she takes the receipt to 2 coworkers and stated it said pepperoni on both sides. Mind you a second ago you told me the whole thing was just listed as gourmet veggie. Then she goes to the back and started banging stuff around for about a minute straight and comes back all angry like it's personal? Dude it wasn't that serious why would you get so mad, you're just going to have to make another pizza after that anyway. It took more time to argue and stomp around then if you just made the dang pizza and kept it moving. To top it off, half the ingredients were missing, was incomplete. ...

When order was placed, I was asked to hold on because she needed to check with workers out front to make sure they received the order.I thought that was odd, but took her at her word. Several seconds later I could hear talking going on at the other end, and then a male voice came on line stating that he heard I wanted to place an order. I replied that I had already placed an order. He said that unfortunately since it was already 10 minutes to closing, they would not take any more orders for the evening. I'm a little upset and disappointed, and also hungry. I did let the male worker know that I wished that they would have let me know that before spending 10 minutes on the phone ordering. Read moreOn Sept. 13th 2025 I made a call to the Carlisle location to place an order for my family and the manager Will had an irritated attitude like he didn't want to be on the phone taking my order. I placed my order and told him I would be there in 30-40min. I called back 2min later to change one of the pizzas my husband wanted something different. When my husband got on the phone to change it, Will continued to be disrespectful and say oh my God and other stuff like he wanted us to hear him. As a GM I understand that it is hard to be short staffed when it's busy. But it's your job to make our experience better than what was given. When we arrived at the store and requested a manager and spoke our concerns to him, he was nonchalant and a care free attitude like he didn't care with a fake apology.
