The one star is for the young lady who took my order. I’ve been here plenty of times because the mango sticky rice is delicious. Prior experiences have been wonderful. All the gentlemen are absolutely welcoming and so nice. They address you like as if they have known you for years. This one particular time I went. There was a group of young teens/adults who I thought was in line but as soon as I walked up they left no biggie I walked up to the register and the young lady with calico hair/blonde continued on with her personal phone call conversation and looked at me as if I was bothering her on her own time. No how can I help you how are you doing etc. just straight attitude and honestly seemed like she hated life and her job. She’s getting the one star. However don’t let it discourage you from supporting them. Their food is amazing but just don’t expect great customer service from her. Rice box and boba is by far my favorite food place in ABQ. I come here almost every week and the food is always fresh and so full of flavor. I get the peachy orange boba with mango jelly and their teas are so refreshing. They come with fresh fruit inside too and are sooo good ! Usually when you get drinks from places they 90% ice but that is not at all the case with this boba, you get truly what you pay for ! The fried chicken with sticky rice is literally my comfort meal. It comes with salad on the side and some spicy bang paste. LET ME TELL YOU if you love spice the bang paste is definitely for you. The chicken is sweet and the rice is warm and sticky i’ve never had anything like it. Their pot stickers are also so light and airy, perfect for snacking. This place is stinking cute! And the 3 guys behind the counter have all the personality! This feels like a family run place and I had so much fun while I was there! The menu is not huge, but has something for everyone! I didn't eat this time there, just went for boba, but they gave us a sample of the chicken and sticky rice and it was sooooooo good! I will be going back for the grub! I got the Fruity cup boba with boba bottoms and it was delicious, fresh, and fruity! Even had fresh blueberries and strawberries in it!
