I've always wanted to like Warby Parker more than I actually do. I've had two pairs of glasses from them, and one pair of sunglasses. While I love the way the frames look initially, I have always had trouble with fit. They offer free adjustments for life, which sounds great right? I've been to the store probably 15 times and each time is the same. The clerk will take your glasses, make a show of adjusting them quickly, and then hand them back. It always feels like they are trying to make you leave as quickly as possible. They never actually help you with fit, or ask questions that might help you get a good fit. They just say "How's that? OK byyyeeeee." Within a week or so, my glasses go back to fitting poorly. I'm not sure if it's the quality of the frames, or the lack of attention to customer service and making the adjustments, but I'm so tired of going back time and again for adjustments that don't last. I'm going to be buying glasses at my my eye doctor from now on. I can't wait to get rid of my Warby...
Read moreThe store itself is in a great location, good selection of more affordable glasses (with insurance), got them very quickly about 4 business days later. The problem was the staff. We went there 3 times and every staff member had the same attitude; we were inconveniencing them. One employee pointed to a box of wide frame glasses on a shelf and said "figure out what you're wanting" and walked off. Leaving us to pull out multiple boxes trying to find what she was talking about. Not a great way to treat people who are spending money in your store. We had to dig through cases, boxes and never got help. The glasses themselves come in the mail quickly and haven't had a problem there. They have great warranties but it was such a hassle. Read moreThe only I’m giving this a 2 is because the two people I talked to on the phone from the corporate office were so nice. I booked an appointment online for 945, I showed up at 930 and the doors were locked it said on the door that they don’t open till 10 so I called to confirm that I was in the right place. The lady on the phone told me I would be seen at 10, when I walked in I treated rudely from the beginning. The girl told me that they opened the door as I was walking away, I told her I called and spoke to corporate and was told I would be seen at 10 she huffed and went to look at her computer. At that point the other girl behind the counter and the one that was helping both rolled their eyes. I did not see the doctor at the point I left. I will not return...
