Subway — Restaurant in Albuquerque

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I REPEAT, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Since the African-American manager took over, this location has declined CONSIDERABLY. The manager is very rude, stingy with the ingredients & downright unprofessional. I've witnessed her providing great service to African-Americans but everyone else receives poor service, myself included. This manager needs to be either heavily retrained or simply fired. As a trained & educated hospitality professional myself, who has managed 5 diamond hotels, this manager's choice to act without any regard to the clientele base will cause serious consequences to the owners of this location. Her job is to produce & increase revenue while satisfying the standards set by Subway. If she is allowed by ownership, to continue on this track, this location will need to close. Subway is already closing underperforming stores & I'm positive revenue has dropped since this manager's arrival. This manager doesn't understand that only through providing great customer service while serving the freshest ingredients in a clean store, is not only how to retain customers but gain them as well. Word-of-mouth & social media are very powerful marketing strategies & unfortunately for this store, it's seeing the darker side of these. Therefore, to the owners of this Subway location I say unto you, if you want to see your business thrive by creating a top performing store in your portfolio, FIRE THE MANAGER because if she cared about your mission, I and others wouldn't be submitting 1 star reviews. I asked for a regular foot long turkey breast with provolone cheese, but when I paid they tried to charge $2.00 more than the posted price for the turkey breast sandwich ordered. I questioned employee the reason for the extra $2.00, and I was told that they no longer sell the regular turkey breast anymore for $9.69, only the special "turkey titan" for $11.49 It is the exact same sandwich! Nothing different! Employees said that the manager discontinued the $9.69 turkey breast sandwich and only sells the $11.49 turkey titan breast sandwich. This is wrong, because the turkey breast sandwich is still posted at $9.69 Employees refused to charge me the lesser $9.69 for the actual sandwich I ordered. This is wrong. I won't return to this Subway. I visited another Subway and ordered the same turkey breast sandwich that was posted for $9.69 and had no problem whatsoever. So I got this meal delivered, not a bad price considering. I got a turkey sub with lettuce and spinach, Chips and a Powerade. DoorDash was doing the delivery, but the delivery was delayed because of the restaurant. For some reason, they had taken a while to complete my order. Anyways The food finally arrives, The delivery man It was very professional and got me my food as quick as he could… But the food itself was disgusting. I opened my sandwich and it looked normal so I started eating. After about two bites, I noticed that it smelled wrong. Like a little foul. I open my sandwich to look inside and the lettuce is dark brown, The cheese is hard in some places, and the bread was stale. The turkey itself smelled sour… I’ve never had sliced turkey smell that way before. I think they literally just put together my sandwich with whatever was left over from the night before.
