Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Albuquerque

When we 1st got in the host was very nice he sat us down he saw we had a baby and he asked if we needed the sling or high chair we said we needed a highchair so then he grabbed 1 took it 2 us. After we put the baby in the high chair and everything was fine the waiter came he said oh no we can’t have that because we will get in trouble because this is our walkway, we then took the baby out sat him on his carrier on the booth. At this point all is ok again We ordered her food and he got there pretty fast he did take our order correct everything was really really good however well we were enjoying our dinner the waiter kept on coming not to ask if we needed anything but to pick up the staw wrappers & napkins out of the way, he would just reach over our food & grab the cups 2 refill with water again with out asking can I remove or can u please hand me that. After a few times I was a bit annoyed he must’ve noticed because the last time he did ask can you give me that cup but like I said I was already annoyed I know for a fact I’m not gonna give them a tip I thought in my head because I feel he’s rushing me and he’s trying way too hard I wasn’t enjoying my food towards the end nor was my family I asked for a tab I paid with my card and I signed the receipt and & walked out with my family. Next thing I know the guy waiter is actually walking behind us as we’re walking outside asking why we didn’t give him a tip and telling me that unfortunately that’s how he makes his money and he supports his children with tips is how he gets paid I then said I wasn’t happy with the service and he kept on saying well I’m unfortunately you must leave tips because that’s how we make our money I left it alone and continued walking to my car with my family I immediately called the manager and told her why I didn’t give a tip I normally would if I was satisfied and I told her exactly what had happened she said she would talk to him that was inappropriate behavior I did tell her rest a sure I will not be coming back to this buffalo wild wings I will take my business elsewhere perhaps a different one that treats me better and doesn’t harass customers about a tip and hung up the phone. It was very uncomfortable that has never happened to be before not only that it was late around 9:30pm so I was a bit scary have a waiter comes out a little upset about a tip. My family didn’t appreciate that either they said that was completely odd and out of the ordinary that it was very awkward and felt very...

Seated at a table that was still dirty. (Someone barely touched it).....as we sat at our table noticed the dining room area was dirty, food on floor. Needed some manothing. Us the menu i was given still had dried food on it, I placed it on the ledge by our booth.

Got our server to clean our table. Ordered drinks and our food. The Margarita I ordered had so much ice, there was much of drink, plus no plastic mini straws to stir the drink, where server asked if I wanted another one. I advised the barbarter did me wrong, advised so much ice, etc....I even advised I added water twice to get more of the alcohol from the ice. Server wasn't even ok, couldn't understand or hear her, the restaurant was so loud, and we asked server to speak up due my husband & I were hard hearing.

We ordered onion rings asked they come first. A woman brought them, didn't bring small plates, we still didn't have silverware, napkins, nothing. (she didn't ask if we needed anything). Getting our server attention hard. We caught her & asked for plates, she brought ice cold plates (metal pans, with wax paper on them). Why would I want to put hot food on a ice cold dish).........this is a training & common sense issue). She didn't keep my water glass filled. (mind you I had "hot" wings). Which make you thirsty.

We had to chase her down for to go boxes, and she took forever when paid our bill with gift card, don't know if she was new, or didn't know how to work the businesses machine for this kind of transaction. Server never offer any reason for the delay........ The restaurant did not become busy until later (little, still were not swamped) around 45 minutes in to our visit. Recommend skip this location, this location needs some major find tuning on service before they are ready for the public. The kitchen area is ready, the floor...

We decided to try this location out and for us visiting Buffalo Wild Wings often; this was by far the worst service we've ever had. Waitress seemed as if her service was good at first but as soon as there was a misunderstanding with our order (which we apologized for) her attitude completely changed. She started being rude, my boyfriend waited like 15-20 minutes for another beer, she didn't even care to check up on us; just literally would pass by as quickly as she could or walk a different way to serve her other tables. When our food came out she didn't even care to bring silverware, napkins or plates! Again, waited like 15 minutes and when she passed by we had to ask her for it!! I was running low on my drink; and of course she didn't care to stop and check what else we needed until she saw me make eye contact with her and then she approached our table. I ordered a piña colada and it tasted horrible, literally no taste at all. That had it for me so we asked to speak to the manager. I told him the terrible service we had and to top it off the pina colada was tasteless, I really do appreciate the fact that he apologized and offered to have another piña colada made and not getting charged for it whatsoever but I kindly said no, we decided not to stay there any longer. He sincerely did apologize for the bad service and offered a discount on our whole order plus removing the piña colada which I thank him very much. Overall, I hope the issue I addressed was taken care of for future customers. Sadly, we will be going back to our usual Buffalo Wild Wings location. This is most likely the first and last time we'll be stopping by at...
